This place is huge! I came up from Denver on a work trip and just wanted a place to grab a coffee and work on editing and this place was perfect. The girls at the front that were working were truly amazing and super helpful. The place has a ton of room and the vibe is really cool. The coffee is good, ton of room for meetings with your groups to do work or just hang out. If you are in the springs and wanna work in a good space with good coffee this should be a place you check out for sure!

First time in and ordered a lavender chai. My friend ordered the frozen hot cocoa. Both drinks were amazing! We also ordered a sconce and a cinnamon crunch muffin. The staff asked if we wanted them warmed up too!
The atmosphere was cozy. Some natural light and mood lighting. I like how the tables were spaced out giving us more privacy. Staff were friendly as well.
Overall I strongly recommend Third Space Coffee!

I love Third Space! Friendly and coffee-enthused staff are always ready to greet you and perfectly craft your beverage. You can tell they take the time to make sure you’re receiving quality and consistent drink/food each time. Could not recommend more!

Great coffee shop in the COS area. Coffee is pretty expensive, but like any coffee shop at this point… The place is very spacious and the environment is right in between being too loud and being too quiet. Come here if you’re in the area and want to study or meet up with friends and family!

Great ambience. Perfect place to sit and work. Got their Snowy latte – White chocolate hazelnut latte. It was a bit too sweet. I generally ask for 2 pumps but it came with 3 pumps. So ask for adjustment if needed. Their rose latte was also good. The rose flavour was very subtle. But overall the coffee tasted great! They also have sandwich options.

Checked this place out for the first time. The ambiance was super chill. I REALLY enjoyed the coffee! So much so that I went and ordered a second drink. Both times I got an iced white chocolate mocha with almond milk. I tried a pastry and it wasn’t too shabby. I liked how it’s not prepackaged. They actually made it in house. My friend got a cookie and she said it was yummy. The only complaint I have was the table we sat at was dirty. There was alot of crumbs and some sticky residue. But there was only one staff member that I saw. She was manning the register and making the drinks. Makes sense why the table wasn’t clean. However, I wish it was more sanitary. That’s the only reason why I didn’t give this place a 5 star rating. Nevertheless, I will still come back and enjoy another coffee! Yum!

Honestly I used to love this place. I’ve ordered in person and online before but good lord the quality has gone down hill. The biscuits and gravy I got was $11.00 and all I got in my delivery was one stale biscuit and cold gloopy gravy. My $9 cappuccino was incredibly small for the cost. I think unfortunately I’m going to have to find a different coffee spot. For nearly $30 I expected much more. Incredibly disappointed.

A great space to chill, chat, and drink coffee or chai. We ate the Vegan Avocado Toast and Blueberry Pesto Sandwich. Both are unique and delicious! Great for vegetarians and those that enjoy gourmet breakfast/lunch.
For coffee lovers, definitely recommend Del Fuego (current coffee beans available) pour over coffee. It is smooth, velvety, and flavorful.
They offer products for sale from local artists and authors such as pottery and painting. We got this inspirational educational kids books wrote by a local.
Note: there is a smell of fried oil in the air at the front area but lounge area is better.

Super fun atmosphere, eclectic and easygoing. Honestly the plain mocha is the best drink although they are all fun to try. Nice and strong espresso!! My only complaint is that the bathrooms and some seating areas could be cleaner. I bring my 1 and 2 year old and they like to play on the floor.

I drive by here frequently and decided to stop by. Let me say first the people were very friendly. However, the smell of old Ft grease was so thick it stuck to my clothes. I ordered a simple iced black tea that was so concentrated it was cloudy and to strong to drink. This will not be a place a return too.
