A little more personality from the employees would be great. Other than that, the donuts are light and dreamy, especially the Oreo.. yum. The French toast is cool but whatever’s on top with that crunch, not so good. Thought it was going to snap-crackle-pop my teeth. Also, I asked for a chocolate glazed; that, to me, is a chocolate cake donut with glaze all over it. Not a vanilla glaze with chocolate on top.

Our favorite spot for donuts every single time!!! My kids and I LOVE Heavenly Donuts. They have the best donuts in all Birmingham for sure! Everyone must go give them a try it’s amazing and they have a drive thru pretty awesome!! We normally come inside and like to pick out our donuts with the kids. We love to take home at least a dozen when we stop by because one donut isn’t just enough!
You need at least two at a time with coffee ☕️

Basically I can never eat another blueberry doughnut from anywhere else other than here again, because it was that good.
We enjoyed our visit, had a few excellent doughnuts and am extremely willing to fistfight a bear for just one more doughnut.

The best place in town to get donuts done right! Great for a specialty treat and quite reasonable for catering and large orders. They are always kind and welcoming. Order local!

Had Heavenly Donuts for the first time today, AMAZING quality donuts! Service was friendly. I would give this place 5 stars but there was this awful beeping noise that would go off about every 15 seconds. It was extremely irritating & did take away from the overall experience. Overall great place but unfortunately I wanted to get out of there as fast as possible to get away from the constant annoying noise. I don’t know how the employees put up with that, I know I couldn’t so kudos to them! They deserve something special.

Some of the best donuts I have ever tried. The glazed donuts were fresh, hot, and tasted delicious. I also liked the variety of flavors, and would recommend the maple bacon as it’s pretty unique and tasted very good but all of the donuts I tried were excellent

Recently moved from Middle Tn where Donut Shops were plentiful. After serching for a cereal topped donut for my son and seeing this place post pictures of them WE THOUGHT WE HAD FOUND THEM. Wrong! Owner told me they only did those on Saturday. So I get up on Saturday and make the 25 min drive on Saturday to be told those are only on special days! WTH?? And to top that off they are only working the drive thru today…. I need to see what you have since things change and you don’t have the same donuts regularly. I have made 3 failed trips here. I’m done! The good thing is I found a much better Donut Shop (Joe’s Donuts) in Pelham. Donuts are much better and Servers seem much happier to help you. Also, Joe’s was half the price than either this place or Hero Donuts in Homewood.

We went inside because it was our first visit. We had the best service, seriously felt like VIP. She was doing both the drive thru and front, paying attention to our every need. She answered all of our questions, never said anything about our crazy almost two year old thinking he owned the lobby. Every last donut we picked was amazing. They have an accurate name for their taste and service.
