They are fast. Not the best service but they are fast. Convenient for me.

The car wash doesn’t work properly. Hoses aren’t attached correctly, spraying yourself more than the car. Half the option on the wheel aren’t operable. The stall walls don’t touch the floor and you will get sprayed from the person next stall. Just stupid.

The car wash sucks, paid for the $13 car wash and it could not even remove bird dunk off the roof and trunk of the car. Was even to had gotten wheel scrub with the wash, what scrub a dude with a broom scratching cars paint. I think an extra dollar or two the premium car wash across Charleston will be my car wash, oil change distinction for now on.

I’m rating the car wash. The attendants were incredible. I feel odd leaving a review for a car wash because I’ve never had service that warranted a second glance. This service was so good I tipped them 3 times. My truck was incredibly dirty and they pulled out all the stops to get it clean again. I was pleasantly surprised and Im still in disbelief at how much care and attention they gave me. Geeeeez.

I got my oil changed here and ended up taking my car in for other repairs needed (wheel bearings) and my mechanic checked the oil levels and what he found is that terrible never changed my oil. This place charges around $55 for just an oil change and to top it all off, they never changed the oil. I demand a refund and I recommend no one get their oil changed here

I always come here for my oil changes , the service is always professional, the staff is helpful and explains what they are doing and how your car is doing.
Today I had a piece of plastic stuck to my exhaust. Needless to say I was freaking out, I’m in my work clothes and unable to climb under my car. I stop by the shop and I was helped with no problem he went under my vehicle and took it off and explained that the plastic would burn off and the car is fine. Shame on me for not getting his name but he was extremely helpful, wish all customer service was at the level these guys always give. Thank you.

I used to come here when I lived over here, but that was many years ago. Reading some of these comments had me worried. However, it was a good experience.
Terrible’s lube is now owned by Valvoline, and they do somethings differently (such as keep you in your car the whole time and explain things as they go). The guys who did my oil change were pleasant and even fun?
The car wash changed a little too. You still had the people guide you into a long wash that moved you along. They still scrub your car down as it’s going in. You do your own drying, interior, and vacuuming.
All in all, it was a good experience though. We were in and out of both in just over half an hour.
