Stork’s Bakery & Coffee House Reviews

An ok place for breakfast!!
Parking can be a bit complicated; we almost left based on the number of cars parked outside we thought the place was full of customers, it turns out there were plenty of empty tables inside, and we sat down with no waiting time at all.
Food was okay, maybe too expensive, $11.95 for turkey club, or $7.95 for a slice of carrot cake is a bit too much. I think!
Their home fries were flat with no spices or flavor. It may have been the style since I had never seen home fries like those.
Bacon was great, though no complaints at all.
The staff is very enthusiastic and polite. I felt welcomed and not being rushed to order.
As I mentioned, there was no waiting time and plenty of room to sit inside and outside.
I’m not sure if I’ll come back!

Stork’s is located on a corner, welcoming us into Wilton Manors. Upon arrival, we found parking immediately.
The inside is dark and cozy and the display cases were filled with delectable cakes. The pastries didn’t look as appealing as the cakes. We ordered the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake and the French chocolate cake. I asked if there was anything else worth getting and the woman at the counter did not offer any suggestions – just that everything is good. I ordered a cinnamon and raspberry pastry from the display case to get some variety. It totaled to about $16.50 for the two slices and the two mini pastries.
I took one bite of the chocolate cake and tasted flavorless dry cake. I expected a fudgey deep chocolate flavor, but didn’t get any of that. The white chocolate raspberry cheesecake was disappointing as well. It barely had any raspberry flavor to it and the white chocolate was only a thin icing on the top. The pastries tasted dry and stale.
I’ve been to many bakeries and this is my least favorite in south Florida.

Well-stocked bakery with something for everyone. They have cookies, cakes, coffees, and a few vegan treats as well. Parking lot is small but there’s plenty of parking behind the building as well.

Tried the red velvet cookie and the funfetti bread pudding. Both were great! The cookie was a little chewy which I love. The funfetti bread pudding was perfect warmed with a little bit of white chocolate on top.

They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The employees are incredibly friendly.

We were looking for coffee and dessert and we hit the spot. Great little spot for just that, but they have breakfast and lunch options as well that looked really good. The bakery display was beautiful with different types of desserts. Welcoming ambiance, friendly service, coffee and dessert was very good! We sat outside and it was perfect. Great little find!

Walked in to buy a full cake for a birthday at my job. The staff was super helpful in describing what they had available. I went with the French Chocolate Cake and they put an edible “Happy Birthday” plaque on it. It was a hit the next day at the office! Creamy, rich and not overly sweet. I will definitely be back to see what other goodies I can try.

It’s hard to find good coffee in Southern Florida, but this place is GREAT! Pastries always fresh, and lattes taste amazing. My go-to every time I’m in FTL. Highly recommend 🙂

I stopped there hoping to have a generously portioned deli sandwich for a reasonable price. They don’t serve corned beef, pastrami, or French dip which were my first 3 choices. I settled for turkey, mozzarella, and tomato on rye. It cost $13 and was small and not generously portioned. The rye bread was dry and crumbled too easily. To be fair, it was 11pm. It was pretty full and everyone that I saw was eating some type of sweet baked good and they had one of the finest selections I’ve seen. It’s too bad that I don’t eat sweets like that. I did love the outside seating and there were outlets for your electronic devices no matter where you would sit. The service was polite. I would imagine from the menu that it would be a great place for breakfast and I’ll try to to return for breakfast and give them a chance for 5 stars. It seems family friendly but I did see 2 men embrace and kiss on the lips.

The food tastes amazing. It’s nice to sit outside during the cool breeze. Can also be a but noisy when packed. You can hear everything.

Great spot to visit for gourmet coffee and breakfast and lunch treats. They have a nice selection of pastries too. Centrally located in Wilton Manors, beautiful and cozy outdoor space and indoor dining. Staff is awesome and very courteous. I will definitely be visiting again the next time I’m in Ft. Lauderdale. Highly recommended!
