We all need to understand the volume of customer’s both indoors and out that can cause a delay in making it a quick stop for that morning coffee or breakfast sandwich. That being said customer service has never been less than 100% at any of my daily locations and especially those awesome drive thru employees. Thank you all

Arrived at 7:30am I expected there to be a long line but there were only two cars ahead of me and it moved quickly. I’m not sure what days of the week tend to be busier. They were all of out cold foam (which I didn’t plan on ordering anyway) but I know it’s a popular item. Ordered a grande mocha with almond milk and cinnamon… boring I know it was ok. Barista was very nice.

Ordered a $6+ coffee through uber eats and my drink arrived a little more than half filled. You could easily tell it wasn’t spilled or tampered with. I won’t be recommending this location.

First, this is not a well-maintained business, especially the bathrooms and the floors. Some of the employees are friendly and enjoy customer service but some obviously do not. The coffee, of course is delicious. Service can be slow. Outside are outdoor tables and chairs with umbrellas. There is a driveway and driveway service seems to be quicker than in house.

This location is really consistent when they make my coffee!! everytime I ask for a splash of oat milk etc thats exactly what I get also the baristas are super friendly!

I’m a gold member with Starbucks reward program so I know it’s not my first time going to Starbucks. So I go into Starbucks and I look in the display case where they put the food that’s currently available. So I start my order and then request one of the items that’s in the display case (blueberry muffin) and the lady tells me that they are out of the item. I told her can u just give me the one in the display case. She said no those are old expired items and they can not be given out, they are only for display. So then some other girl worker comes and says you could give them out I’ve been doing it all day and I do it all the time and she looks at her and walks away to go to the back. I think she asked a manager and then she came back and said no I can’t give u anything out of the display case. I then asked her so why are u displaying items that are not even available and she told me that she can’t take them out because then the display case will look empty. I have a couple of problems with what occurred. One problem is did one of the employees just admit to giving out expired food and is Starbucks faults advertising food they don’t have. If some thing is not Available it should not be displayed or should at least have a sign on it showing out of stock. Not once was I offered to speak to a manger and the employee was not very friendly. This is not my first time dealing with this Starbucks shenanigans. They are always messing up on drinks and always missing items and I’m finally tired of it

I pulled through the drive thru literally 2 minutes after they closed because I didn’t know what time they closed. A girl goes onto the drive thru speaker and says “sorry we just closed” and right after her a guy speaks and says “we closed” and I responded and said “oh okay thank you” and they started laughing on the headset. To me that’s unprofessional & rude. I came on 04/21/22. So whoever was closing I hope the manager sees this & speaks with them so this doesn’t happen in the future to anybody else 🙂

I’ll never go back to this location. They filled half of my venti frappacino with whipped cream to avoid giving me a venti amount.. Really sleezy tactic just to save themselves a buck.
