My neighborhood coffee shop. The suburbs don’t have the luxury of mom and pop coffee shops within walking distance so I walk her. The staff is friendly and efficient especially since they are always busy. The shaken vanilla oat espresso this is delicious and dairy free.

Worst customer service and if you want to call and complain their phone is “busy” all the time. The girl that was making our order was touching all over her hair in front of our drinks didn’t wash her hands instead she reached for her phone from her back pocket. After I told the lady from the window what I saw and how I wanted my drink re-made she went and told her and she still didn’t wash her hands instead gave me a smirk and took forever to “make my drink” I told them to keep their drink and took off. I also had ordered and got charged for 5 cake pops and they only have me 4. I’m definitely going to complain else where and will let all my family and friends know how horrible customer service this place has.

Awesome Starbucks! Staff are gracious, made an effort to say my name multiple times, and got my order right. It is Al’s the cleanest Starbucks I’ve been in.

For some reason, whenever I go to this Starbucks, there’s always a long line. Tried the iced shaken brown sugar oat milk espresso . It was very strong, can definitely taste the espresso. Cinnamon flavor was a bit too much. I’d try it again but with less Cinnamon.

The worst Starbucks. Lobby is closed every other day and you never know until after you show up to pick up your mobile order. You don’t know they are out of ingredients until you go to pick up your mobile order. Service is slow. Horrible experience everytime I’ve visited.

It’s Starbucks and I love it… what more can I say. My only issue is how hard it is to get newly released cups. Their should be some sort of limit on how many people, ESPECIALLY EMPLOYEES, can buy at a time. For that I took away 1 star
