I ordered a venti london fog latte, and had the tea bags still in my drink. I did make a mistake by not saying I wanted an Iced one, but I thought they would at least have the time to take out the tea bags when I asked if they could make it Iced. Especially since I was willing to wait!

JUST GO TO THE STARBUCKS IN TARGET 1 BLOCK AWAY!
I got to the store about 0750. I wanted to go in to buy a mug and coffee. The door sign said (in large bold font) “our drive through is open” there was another sign that said (also in large bold font) “our store hours are 0800-1800.”
This led me to believe that the actual storefront would open at 8 AM but the drive-through was currently open. I got in the drive-through lane and waited for 10 minutes and nobody moved. At 8 AM I pulled out of the drive-through lane and parked to just go into the store since it seemed that it was supposed to open at that time. The door remained locked. I waited until 8:05 to call and asked to see when they were opening.
The person who answered the phone informed me they no longer have an open store. They only do drive-through. And they only do drive-through during the hours stated on the second sign. Apparently in very fine print on one of the signs it explains that they will only be drive-through and will not open the store.
Why have two signs with large bold print they give two different messages and then have super fine print change the messaging!?
With all of this, at almost 830 there’s still no coffee and still a large line.
It’s absolutely NOT WORTH coming to this Starbucks when there is a Starbucks in the target one block away that is open and it does serve customers.

Nice location. The staff was totally amazing g and spike to me about where I was from. The barista offer to take my food to my table because I had my hands full which I appreciate!

Only giving 5 starts because of Arlene (she had red hair) – sometimes drinks are made incorrectly or they just don’t taste right. They don’t mind re making them but it’s the attitude they give you when you asked to remake them. And they are rude and don’t greet and this is for the young girl( s) that worked last night. This is the only Starbucks in Montgomery that has rude workers. But Today 09/20/22 Arlene was working and she greeted me with a warm welcome. She was so kind and had a smile that will warm up your day.

This is the worst Starbucks! They don’t have consistent hours. I have placed an online order and gotten to the srore only to find out they were completely closed! If you order through the app, it says you can pickup inside but when you get to the store, the inside is closed and you have to wait in the drive thru line that is wrapped around the building. This has happened multiple times. I keep saying I won’t come back here, but this time I really am done. I will go to the Starbucks in Target for better and faster service.

Drive thru wait time is ridiculously long. Waited for over fifteen minutes in line with just two cars ahead that did not have big orders. Not sure if this location is understaffed, but I never waited so long at other drive thru locations at Starbucks that had more cars ahead. Save yourself trouble and go elsewhere .

So the problem is the drive thru is always extremely busy, no matter what time of day.
Also there’s a really nice star bucks in target.. so there isn’t much of a reason to go to this one.. but if you do go to this location.. just go inside it’s faster. Also they are randomly closed when they say their open online because the employees are short staff it seems like at times.

They’re always quick to get drinks done and have the line moving. Never had an order get messed up by the crew here.

The staff was very friendly, however, the dining area could have been cleaner. The restrooms were clean. The drinks we ordered came out prompt and our order was correct. Their menu board is minimal and it is hard to know what to order if you aren’t a regular with a favorite order.

So food and drinks were okay but they would not give me a receipt even though I paid with my work card and have to have one… now I’m going to have to fill out paper work because of a missing receipt. They didn’t tell me before I paid that they were out of receipt paper which is extremely frustrating. I would have just paid for it with cash if I’d known.
