I had to ask the name of the employee who was handling everything in the front because she was moving fast and very professional. I hope Kayla is a manager because the way she was handling things she just made my morning. I know you have to know people names in Starbucks but she would say the persons name and say yes I’m fixing this right now for you. Even
someone with broken English came up to her while she was making the order and she was handling that while she was making an order. I mean just the best customer service I’ve seen in Las Vegas because for some reason customer service isn’t that great out here but this has been the best I’ve ever seen that I had to write a review and I don’t even do that .

Every time I see my doctor, I stop in at this Starbucks located at 4505 E Charleston. So you can imagine that I haven’t been here in quite some time. This morning I was astonished to see that this relatively new Starbucks was very crowded since only a year and a half ago it was brand new, and only a handful of customers frequented here.

This store is much larger than most and one of the few Starbucks that still have comfy chairs for customers to sit as well as the now-standard hard seating and tables. I come here, as I said, because it’s only a few minutes from my doctor at Culinary Health Center. But I also come here because the staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel very welcome. One woman, in particular, brightens my entire day with her broad smile and inviting repartee. She knows who she is, so I won’t embarrass her by using her name.

You don’t often go to “any” Starbucks these days because of people, but in this case, I always make an exception when in the area.

I walked in to this location for the first time, I ordered my drink at 08:28:12 am as showing in the label on the cup and got my order at 08:44am.

So many customers lined up at mobile ordered area for pickup. So behind and slow barestas and may be short handed (8 workers) in this shift.
So many yelling, talking, screaming behind the counter unprofessional.

My drink was ok, tables in the lobby were dirty and flies all over the place.

Too bad such a nice location, and definitely not coming back to this store.

Imagine dumping a bunch of money into remodeling a Starbucks just to make it less consumer friendly. They did a renovation here and when coming back it’s clear it’s meant to make everyone less comfortable. WAY fewer outlets, the tables are significantly smaller as in none will accomodate more than 2 people. If making Starbucks unwelcoming is what they’re going for, they nailed it. One positive I’ll add is that that bug infestation they had seems to be remedied, for now. Redeeming qualities all thanks to the staff. They make drinks right. If something is ever off you should politely ask for a remake and they never seem to make a fuss about it. They do stay stocked on products well too. I notice when other locations might be suffering shortages on food product or drink mixes they are ol’ reliable. So definitely a location I enjoy BUT clear that Starbucks corp is moving in a direction that wants you in and out.

The music is way too loud so that you can’t hear your name to pick up your drink. Sat there for 10 minutes waiting for my daughter’s drink to be ready until I went up and asked if it was ready and they said with a polite but smug tone it’s right here. We sat there the whole time and never heard a single name called.

Honestly terrible experience, I’m really shy and avoid confrontations at all costs, but this is the first and last time I’ll be ordering from this store. I am always afraid to order via apps, but I tried it out this time and while that was very easy to place the order…but it was frustrating as I expected it to warn me once the order was ready… it only gave an ETA for the time it would take to get it done. I literally work across the street from this store, it would not take me longer than 5 mins to arrive to pick it up. But I gave an extra 10 mins from the eta of when it should have been ready…just in case they were busy and that may have been the worst decision. I had ordered 2 Ham and Swiss on Baguette, one caramel frap, and an iced coffee with milk. When I arrived, only my frap was sitting on the counter. Basically pushed aside to a corner, I had tried to wait patiently for one of the employees to speak to me. I wanted to be respectful and understand as I worked food before, they had a terrifying drive-thru line and it was building up inside too. I remember the stress that came with that, but seeing as they ignored me and everyone else who had already ordered in the lobby as well was down right awful. Eventually, a lady asked what I had been waiting for and I explained I had ordered via the app and I saw the frap was ready, but was wondering about the other food. She proceeded to tell me the order must have been taken and simply looked at me silently afterwards that without even offering to remake it. Another gentleman behind her probably noticed the look of confusion I gave her and stated he would remake everything I was missing. That was fine, I understand mistakes happen…but after that I was given an iced coffee with syrup, but never had any mlik put into it and was sent on my way. When I asked about the pair of Ham and Swiss, I was told there was no baguettes and was offered a croissant ham and swiss. I was frustrated, but assumed it would simply be a change of bread and that would’ve been fine. That…wasn’t the case though? I was given two of the croissants from the bakery as replacement. It may seem petty, but I literally came for a sandwhich as part of my lunch and for a friend of mine. I ordered that as I was looking for anything that was a little more than a snack. Worst part of it was that I wasn’t even apologized to. I really regret not sticking to my guns and requesting a refund, this was ridiculous and sadly the only thing I that was correct was the caramel frap…seriously upset with this service. It even wasted my chance to go to another place and order something I ACTUALLY enjoy for my break. Sadly I didn’t get a picture of the croissants, I had forgot to take a picture of those…but at the very least I am adding one for the coffee. Not the best lighting, but you can still tell there was no milk. If I could give a rating of no stars I would, sadly the default option is only giving one.

Poor guy in window is stuck asking for drinks, while taking orders. Offered me a gift card but I rather not come back to this location. Always an issue. Dont have the drink you want ? You have to wait until you ask about your drink for them to tell you it’s out of stock.

You get a sticker for your cup, call out the name on sticker and say drink is out of stock vs waiting until customer brings it up.

The staff at this location are very friendly and efficient. I usually come here to work on my laptop. Plenty of tables to do this and they have outlets pretty much everywhere so you can plug in devices to charge. They also have an area in the back for seating (like a lounge area). The atmosphere is relaxing and place is always clean.

Coffee tastes stale and bitter . There’s tiny little bugs flying around and they love to land in your coffee. The bathrooms are a mess and there was toliet paper in the dispenser. I ordered the spinach feta wrap and it took 18 minutes to get it. When I asked how much longer for my wrap the manager was rude. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too.
