Smith’s Reviews

Avoid at all costs. Take the extra 5-10min to drive to different one.

This smiths is my least favorite in a 15 mile radius. Staff is rude and not really all there, the deli constantly has no one to help. The bakery is like a 2 out of 100.

Staff can’t even walk more then 15 feet to smoke a cigarette.

The parking lot needs Jesus. Don’t get me started on the trash outside and inside and the complete and total disarray that the store always seems to be in.

I used to love shopping at Smith’s years ago. Prices were reasonable. Produce was great. Service excellent. They checked all the boxes.
Now, prices are as much as Albertsons, who have much better quality products and produce. Produce is terrible at Smith’s. And I just stopped for a few things after a long day at the doctor’s office. No rotisserie chicken up front except for one mangled chicken that looked like it had been partially eaten. Went back to the deli, where only 2 people we’re working, and waited 15 min. For a chicken. On her way up to put them up front, she drops one. Proceeded to put it back on the cart and says ” happens every time.” Explain the mangled chicken. Get to the cashier, who is working without a bagger and is the only register open. Poor girl couldn’t keep up. Worst service, quality and produce ever. And the prices take the cake. Less product, poor quality and 3times the price. Why a deal!

One of the largest Smiths that I have been to. But selection is not everything, it’s nice and you will find what your looking for at a reasonable price. But to get a five star rating from yours truley… your staff has to be knowledgeable, courteous and on the ball. I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT WARRIOR CINDY! NOT ONLY IS SHE ALL THE ABOVE AND KIND AND FUNNY! ON THIS DAY SHE RAN OUT FROM BEHIND HER STATION TO HELP A FELLOW COWORKER WHO WAS IN A PHYSICAL ALTERCATION WITH A UPSET CUTOMER WHO BECAME MAD AND VIOLENT… RUNNING A SHOPPING CART OVER HER FOOT. I WAS IN Cindy’s line… saw exactly what Cindy saw and ran to help. Cindy’s quick action today possibly saved her co worker and her guests physical harm! She needs to be compensated for her heroic actions pull the video!

What is the magical unlisted time the store closes? Was told “we’re closed” by security. I confirmed they closed at 11pm. “But only to customers already in the store”. Need 1 item admittedly 6 min to closing… but still why did I race there? I have to check myself out anyway, it’s not like any employees actually help you.

The workers are always helpful and very nice. Lately there have been alot of empty shelves and I have had trouble getting my fav, but the store is clean.

No trout. But most of the other good things.

Called about a lost card, was told I better go get a new one because we have box of cards and I’m busy. I asked for a manager, only to be left on ring and hung up on twice.

I shop here almost everyday, sad to say I won’t won’t returning. Albertsons down the street is much nicer and cares about its customers

Hi there, I want to mention a young lady I see all the time wether it’s in gas station , flowers, cashier. Her name tag said Monica. She is really sweet and as I see she works everywhere in that store. She helped me right away with a flower arrangement that was soooo beautiful and went out of her way to offer me some balloons or if I needed anything else. She was much help. Thanks to all employees but specially to her.

Clean friendly store but for days I’ve been unable to find regular shopping carts! When I asked an employee about the shortage the employee said, “we only have 25! “ Ok. …smaller trips I guess…
