The donuts are still good

Went in and they had the kid running back and forth doing the drive through and long line inside, while three women were working in the back, when a man in line in front of me brought it to their attention a woman came from the back to help. She had the worst attitude with him, then with me for no reason at all. I was pretty shocked at how rude she was being. The donuts were good though, just the woman running the show with a ugly attitude with everyone.

Best donuts in town, worst kolaches, Bread always hard and dry, not to mention orange flecks in the sausage that’s supposed to be cheese – who know what that stuff really is. Send someone down to Donut World on Baldwin @ Ayers to get one of their kolaches to see what one should be like.

Only thing I can say was the young man didn’t separate my cream filled from my cinnamon rolls. He threw everything in one bag but fortunately it didn’t crush them. Aside from that they were good

I ordered a hot chocolate and I swear the lady mixed chocolate powder with water and warmed it up. She was out of creamer so put milk in my coffee and it was almost as white as the milk itself. Donuts were not soft and the kolaches were burned. Not going back

Delicious pastries wonderful employees always welcoming people with a smile. Very much careful and sanitary especially now with the virus they maintain the use of face mask well.They represent the name Shipley Donuts well. I highly recommend Shipley Donuts to friends and family.

We get donuts from this branch because it’s close to our house but it’s never like the other branches. I believe this branch is the worse they barely have chocolate in their donuts. I will never go back to this branch. You guys must be so cheap
