Shipley Do-Nuts Reviews
At this location almost got a full five stars had the lady not been rude and through her hand up and said you see we open I’m at the window when I pulled up to place my order. But I must say at 9:00pm at night they had every donut we ordered and everything was fresh and that’s the first for a Shipley’s they do have to fix this driveway this is a very bad driveway driving in or deriving out.
Donuts good as usual.. the hot coffee it’s good but the ice coffee it’s more milk and sugar.. couldn’t taste the coffee!
Used the drive thru to pick up donuts for work and they gave me freshly made warm donuts without having to ask for them. Surprisingly there weren’t a whole lot of customers probably because of the location but service was great
Best kolaches of all Shipley’s I have had! Donuts always good and fresh. Amazing employees and overall great customer service and donuts . Kolaches are made fresh, good size and delicious. Thank you to owners for having an amazing set of managers and employees.
My boyfriend and I frequent this place regularly. Their donuts are melt in your mouth delicious and the kolachis are a warm and hearty snack. The employees are always courteous and friendly and the place is clean. I would recommend you try this establishment out if your in the mood for a little something sweet and/or a kolachi to get you through the day.
Good food, but HORRIBLE customer service. I’ll avoid this place at all costs. Lady at the drive thru needs to be put in the back not dealing with customers.
A very good fresh order I received and it’s a breath of fresh air to the surroundings
Great donuts. Always fresh. Very friendly service.
A Texas classic. Decent service, delicious kolaches and donuts. What else can you say?
Not only is the service slow but the woman that is in the Drive-Thru window always acts like she cannot hear what you’re ordering not only that it is literally homeless people by the drive-thru asking you for change with your whole family in the car I suggest you go by yourself and go in that’s the only way you’re going to get the fastest service
