I came into Savoia last year with my mom and had a clear vision of what I wanted the cake to look like. Well Savoia absolutely nailed it! “Tropical-looking” flowers? CHECK! Flowers cascading down the cake? CHECK! Vanilla, all white flowers, and all white frosting? CHECK! Proper positioning of our Mr & Mrs cake topper on the big day? CHECK! Thanks for making our wedding cake dreams come true!

The Italian cookies, almond paste cookies, and the American we ordered for our wedding and we’re delicious! They were easy to get ahold of. They were flexible with a pickup time. They tapped all the boxes so well and we’re safe to travel three and half hours for a destination wedding. Best part is we have extra for us! Thank you Savioa’s Pastry shop. I absolutely recommend them!!!

Well, if you live in Rochester and have never been, it’s a shame. If you come into town, go ! Just ordered two cookie platters for my son’s wedding. They are so good . I knew that, but cookie taste off was requested. Savoia won. Cakes are delicious, canolis, delish. Worth the trip

Im a black woman-I went in to get a pastry- never had an issue until now- one of the workers came asked to help the next person in line. She saw me standing there and I started telling her what I wanted and she completely ignored me and proceeded to ask the white man behind me what he would like. Like I didn’t exist. I know not all the workers are like that. But that was too obvious and rude and racist. Whats sad about it is I just supported their business and ordered a custom cake from them – I guess I will not be returning. And Im disappointed.

Horrible customer service!!!!!! A friend bought what she thought was a cannoli cake – it looked like it in the display case. Brought it to a friend’s birthday party, and when we cut into it, it didn’t have the ricotta & chocolate chip filling – certainly not ‘cannoli’. It definitely was a dry, white cake with buttercream frosting & filling but had pieces of the cannoli pastry on top, just like in the picture that’s here on their website. We called the shoppe, told them about the cake, and they argued that it was *impossible* and that it was a cannoli cake. What kind of shoppe argues with a customer????? My friend went back to the shoppe, asked them to look at the cake and sample the filling. They took it in back, said loudly “there’s nothing wrong with this cake” and “No credit or refund” and said “Buttercream” and kept the cake in the back. Didn’t return it to my friend, the customer. I wish we had taken pictures of it. The manager didn’t come out and talk with my friend. The very least they should have done is talked about with my friend and offer a refund or credit because she wasn’t happy that she received the wrong cake. The cake WAS NOT a cannoli cake – but they didn’t listen – they argued. Again, what kind of business do you run that argues with people????? So disappointed because others have had good experiences at Savoia. We certainly won’t be back, and we’ll be very happy to tell others about our experience. There are too many other places to buy goodies in Rochester.

Hands down one of the best pastry shops in Rochester. This is always my go to place for SCRUMPTIOUS desserts. I always have a pleasant experience everytime. Customer service is always top notch. I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to be a loyal customer.
