Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I went into the shop this morning and ordered to go. When I got to my destination, I noticed my ordered was made incorrectly and called immediately to report it. I requested a credit for a future visit and was denied. I was met with complete rudeness. The employee argued with me and told me I ordered my food wrong. I explained that I have food allergies so I could not eat what I received. They were insistent that I ordered what I received and became aggressive towards me. They ended up telling me to take my business elsewhere and hung up! I will definitely take their advice and be taking my business elsewhere.

Delicious bagel breakfast sandwiches with bacon eggs cheese ham and mayo on a jalapeno bagel. And of course a large fresh brewed in house iced coffee, get one every morning. Really good prices too .

I got a blueberry pie i believe it’s called and it was yummy. Very friendly people. The iced coffee is really tasty and the thai tea is really refreshing.

I requested a box for my pastries but I was told that I can only get a box if I purchase 6 pastries. I was told that if I wish to have a box, it cost extra. I selected 5 pastries and they were placed in individual styrofoam containers instead of just placing all five items into one box. Why? Makes no sense.

Great coffee. S & S makes stemming hot coffee with good flavor. Nice pastries also sold here that are fresh.

Two things they have that are seriously next level good.
1. Their plain ole yeast glazed doughnut. I know what you’re thinking, it’s a glazed doughnut, everyone has them. Nope, nope, nopity no. Not like these guys. It is PERFECTION. It’s not too sweet (krispy kreme) it’s fluffy, the glaze is just the right amount and they melt in your mouth. Seriously, best glazed doughnut I’ve ever had. They’re ridiculously good.
2. Their ham and cheese croissant. WHAT! It’s mind blowingly delicious. Especially if you get there early and they’re still warm, Holy smokes. Just get one.
