VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Walked in and didn’t get greeted, but the man can make EYE CONTACT and still have me wait there about 3 minutes for him to flip & take out the fresh donuts. When I finally got help I asked which donuts are fresh and he said all of them. Well that was a LIE because when I told him, I thought the donuts were fresh this one taste stale. He said if you want fresh ones come back after 4am. So I asked to give me my money back and he refused and said it’s ONLY $1.50 until he knew I know my health inspection protocols. He gave me the money and said I took a picture of you, don’t come back. And yelled to get out the store. I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. He knew the donuts were not fresh, If he was gonna lie he could have at least put it in the microwave and maybe I wouldn’t tell that it was so hard and stale. He knew he was in the wrong. Customers are always rite!!

The donuts were very fresh & tasty and the lady that helped me was very nice. I was just shocked to find out that donuts are more than $15 a dozen now, but I’m assuming that’s everywhere.

The locals have been buying donuts for years at this place. One reason is the friendly service and they remember y’all name, and they treat y’all like family. Good place!

On my way from Victorville to the junk yard I stopped by with my son to get a croissant sandwich and let me say,..the #4croissant sandwich was really good, and the service was really friendly. I truelly recommend these donut shop.

We bought a dozen doughnuts this morning and they were stale. I called and asked for them to replace the doughnuts because they tasted like yesterdays doughnuts and the man on the phone refused. Bad customer service he said what do you want umm i wanted fresh doughnuts can you replace these doughnuts if i come back and he hung up on me never going to this business again.
