This store has a serious problem with an advertised discount. I have had NUMEROUS encounters where I was charged regular price for something that supposed to be on sale. People, CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS before you leave! A mistake on their part WILL be an inconvenience for you. They will go for a price check…while you wait. People in your lane at checkout hate this. Now you have to wait for a manager override. Expect ugly looks from the crowds in your checkout lane. I found myself in a worse situation tonight. After all that ( which happens WAY to often) , I found another price error! Even the cashier didn’t want to deal with this. She told me I would have to go to customer service to take care of this. Customer service had seven people in line. REALLY? Publix prices are HIGH folks. I do not recommend this store because this is a chronic problem. I can only imagine how many of us have been swindled out of our HARD Earned CASH.

I placed a cake order yesterday at 234.The lady said it would be ready after five pm, I stated that is fine. I arrive today at five twenty – two ,no cake or order taken. One lady stated if someone took your order they would have given you a specific time. I explain all she said was after five. she said did you get a name. I stated no ma’am, I wasn’t aware I needed to do that. She said I can give you one of the cake in fridge .I stated I don’t want to pay for something I didn’t order. I was i tears because the purpose of ordering is to get what you want. The other lady gave me cake out of fridge at no cost.I appreciate her patience with with because i was literally sobbing and did so all the way to graduation dinner.. I’m still disappointed in Publix staff that didn’t make sure order was placed.

Hands down, Publix has the best produce on the eastside of town. Everyone is always nice, polite and helpful. I love their fried chicken, key lime pie, seven layer salad, fresh baked French bread, and freshly made sandwiches and everything else in the deli case.

Came to the deli today to place a order for 60 wings for myself and my coworkers. The lady said 40 minutes. So I returned exactly 45 minutes later and they hadn’t even started cooking them had to wait another 45 mins.. They were very nice but that doesn’t change the fact there was no communication and I lost almost 2 hours at work.

I can find plenty of gluten-free products here. They are clearly marked and easy to find. The store is clean and well stocked and the employees are helpful and friendly.
