Great place for well-prepared Italian fare. Stromboli’s are reheated, but still quite good. The simple pasta salad was the best I’ve ever had. Can get crowded, so do everyone a favor and get a number when you walk in the door and use the few minutes until your number is called to browse the delicious options in the display cases so you can order quickly. Little Italy was a very pleasant oasis in a city with more than a few unpleasant areas. Well worth a visit for lunch, dinner, or people watching.

Obsessed! Came here twice during my stay in Cleveland and I already cannot wait to come back. Food was phenomenal and we were left wanting more pastries.
Service was a bit hectic, though we came in during a busy lunch hour. You have to grab a number and wait for them to call you, but their number tag machine wasn’t working too well and many numbers are skipped. Our cashier was the sweetest girl who, although a bit nervous, provided us with great attention and care.
We got a spinach bread, chicken pesto rigatoni, caesar pasta salad, and many desserts. The spinach bread was divine, the marinara sauce was one of the best I’ve tasted. The chicken pesto was delicious although a bit cold and needed a touch of salt, but wonderful nonetheless. The caesar pasta salad was our favorite, we immediately came back inside to order another one for our long road trip back.
Losing a star for lack of cleanliness:
-Cashier had a lovely long pony tail, but it would sometimes graze the food as she was grabbing it for us.
-Cashiers had one glove and would sometimes grab the tongs with their non-gloved hand, grabbed them by the bottom part which is meant to touch the food.
-Water was readily available but we noticed there were bits of sediment at the bottom of the cup.
-Bathroom was a nightmare, definitely do not recommend going in there if you’re able to hold it.
Regardless, we loved Presti’s Bakery and look forward to our next visit! Just hope they work on their cleanliness a bit 🙂

Decidedly underwhelming. What’s with all the glowing reviews? $10 for a meat Stromboli and chocolate cannoli cake.
Stromboli: slightly rubbery ham, super cheap mushrooms, below average dough. The only saving grace was the cheese. It was good, but only a sliver above average. Also, the marinara sauce was watery and lacked flavor.
Man, the cake was disappointing. I’d expect to pay $2-2.50 for this at some sad-sack deli, where at least then you know it’ll be bad going into it. Bland as bland can be.
Overall, the worst food introduction to a city I’ve had in years. I was torn between one and two stars, and it escaped one by only the slimmest of margins. At least the staff were nice.

Extremely busy for lunch. Food is pretty good. I thought the pesto tortellini was a little bit too oily my opinion. But there artichoke pizza is so awesome.

Stopped by for a late lunch. First time I’ve been here. We had four in our group. I had one of their daily panini sandwich specials. Today happened to be ham with mustard and thinly sliced green apples. I was a little questionable about the green apples but once it was grilled the sandwich was absolutely delicious. It came with a side of coleslaw or chips I had the coleslaw and it was very good also. One person had ordered chicken marsala They didn’t do a good job of heating it through but we took it back up to the counter and they accommodated by warming it up some more and they were very satisfied with the dish. Also tried one of their pasta salads which was very good and then afterwards was a little bit of dessert we sampled a raspberry mousse a chocolate mousse some spumante a piece of German chocolate cake and a cream puff All is delicious. The service was very friendly and for being a busy lunch on a Friday afternoon service was quick.

We stopped here after a glorious day at the Cleveland Museum of Art. The food was excellent and the pastries were even better. This was our first time and we learned quickly to take a number if you want served. Ryan said the cannoli was fantastic like an explosion of Italian in his mouth. We will definitely be back!

Y’all, the stromboli are worth driving over two hours from Pittsburgh for. Here’s how it goes: if you’re there during a busy time (especially a weekend afternoon), grab a number old-school deli style, then start checking out the goodies in the multiple cases. The sweets are good, I’ve tried a number of the cookies – but the stand out is the stromboli. We got a meat and a sausage this time. My photos aren’t going to do them justice…. just order one, trust me.

Such a delicious little bakery in little Italy. Their casatta cake, canollis, sticky Buns and cookies are my favorite. Of the cookies, the cheese kolachi are in my top. Depending on when you go, they can be very busy. If that’s the case, make a list on your phone of what you want so you’re ready to go when they call your number.

Delicious! Best Creme Brule I’ve ever had. Be sure to take a number upon entering especially on the weekends.
