Great donuts! Hard to disappoint, especially this place.
One of the things that I really love about Paradise Donuts is their genuine love & care for each customer.
They were totally chill with me taking my time and letting me know some of their personal favorites.
In the end, had some incredible donuts and a happy stomach

Went here for the first time and we LOVED our experience! Very friendly staff, tasty donuts, and lots of flavors to choose from! They also gave us a great discount before closing the shop for that day. Will definitely be going back!

Been here many times. Donuts are good, they are small and expensive for their size. The customer service is terrible though. The guy there will never talk or greet you. I asked him what were the best kind of donuts and he goes “they’re donuts, taste all the same.” I thought that was very rude and didn’t want to come back. In my opinion Broulims across the street have better donuts and are cheaper.

Donuts were not cooked properly and were flat looking, the taste was WAAAY off too Clerk was nonchalant and not pleasant at all. He even made a comment about a couple having to wait a while to another guest because they had to wait on the ice cream/gelato to get softer. Just rude, we will NOT BE BACK! 10/04/2022

I gave them 2 stars because the donuts are decent but dealing with the workers is such a drag! We have been twice and everytime I walk away I tell my wife I have never seen worse customer service! Each time we are in there it feels like we are such a burden to the workers. We get no greeting as we walk in (even when there is no one else in there.) We heard audible sighs when we requested our donuts to be filled. And when they do talk to you its the absolute bare minimum and it seems like they are only talking to you out of necessity. Overall very disappointed.

I have been here twice and both times were disappointing. The first time I went in they were out of all their doughnuts? which is fine maybe they had a busy day. The two workers I spoke to were very unfriendly and the interaction made me feel silly for coming in; like it was common knowledge that I needed to order online or something. I felt very unwelcome. It was so bad that I still remember it, even after a year.
About a year later I decided to come back and this time I ordered online. Door dash said it would be ready to pickup around 20ish minutes. When I showed up, I was the only customer there. There was a male employee who also was super unfriendly. I told him that I had ordered online and that my name was kayla. He said “well what can i get for kayla” in a very rude tone. I guess that he didn’t want to put in the effort to throw 3 doughnuts in a bag for my online order. It’s not a big deal, but combined with everything else, i am very unimpressed. The doughnuts themselves are mediocre. Yes they are small and Ive seen the owners responses to other comments so I understand why, but they barely taste better than gas station doughnuts. One of the worst customer service experiences that have had.
I don’t see myself coming back. 2 stars is generous.

The old-fashioned donuts are the best! The donuts are on the smaller side but very good. Make sure to go when they’re most fresh.

I came in for the first time wanting something hot and the lazy blonde kid with glasses at the counter said they didn’t do hot food. People told me after that they do a sausage roll and he could have offered to even microwave something, just lazy.

Heard good things about this place but was grossed out when I walked in. A couple of dozen donuts were sitting out on trays and they didn’t look great. It looked dirty and even unsanitary. I heard they make new donuts everyday, but the donuts we got (which were 5 different types of donuts) had a stale texture. Super disappointed about it because I love donuts. However their Gelato was phenomenal. I would probably go back and only get that.

The staff was friendly and the donuts were good. disappointed they didn’t have sausage since that was the reason we decided to go.
