Came to LAX on business and found this little gem in the Torrance/Redondo Beach area. Amazing staff but even better bakery delights! Came there every morning and you can see why the locals rave about this place. Their creativity for their Donuts were unmatched not to mention their selection of breakfast sandwiches! Safe to say all my clients appreciated their pillowesque Donuts and I appreciated their amazing service and skill. Definitely will be back! Thanks again Moon Donuts team!

A family owned donut spot with all the regular go to donuts and then some yummy types I haven’t had before like their almond matcha donut. They also have cute ones for kids and also sell delicious oj on the side. They have a small shared parking lot and they do take cards. Very good donuts and will definitely be back!

I gave this place 5 stars before, but I’m going to edit this review for two reasons. First, I tried a different donut, other than my favorite (the glazed blueberry cake–the best donut you’ll ever have) and it was atrocious. Worst donut ever. It was an unglazed old fashioned, but it was soft and spongy and tasted like it was three days old. So for that I will deduct two star. The next reason is it seems the ladies have been giving me worse service as I go in there. They don’t say hello when I come in anymore. I just perceive they take my business for granted. Now, it could be that I’m riding up on my bicycle (I’m coming from the beach) and I’m sweaty and just buy one or two donuts. I don’t know. But for that I’ll deduct another star. Two star for you.

I ordered a glaze donut and an Oreo cream donut. Both were good, but the Oreo was outstanding!
They also sell fresh squeezed orange juice, but for $5.60 a cup, I’ll squeeze my own.

Even early in the morning they have a lot of variety and they are great. I only put 4 stars because of the extra charge on the credit card under 10$

Solid donut shop. They remodeled. Half the selection are now those Instagram donuts. This was the donut stop before fishing at Redondo as a kid. Still good for them fat pills

Looking through the glass and seeing them all nicely stacked dark brown caramelized edges was like in the movie Jerry Maguire “you had me at hello.” This reviews is for the Apple fritter only but after looking at all the displayed Donuts they had at just after five am, I’d make the trip I’m sure they have u covered.
Price $2.25. For the area not bad 4stars
Size – above average but not a true gut bomb that will keep you full till late lunch. 4.5 stars
Prepared- absolute perfect 5 stars. A perfectly cooked apple fritter is where you can reach into the bag and pull off chunks at a time with a soft gooey center hard caramelized edges with chunks of Apple and this one nailed them all.
Typical AFs will wow you with size but will fall well short with taste, texture, and use standard glaze. This one does not.
Truly a top 5 Apple fritter. If you are jonesing for an AF, this place is worth the drive or run as in my case.
