Very busy! But they seem to manage the flow of people coming in very well. Definitely don’t freak out when you see the long line! Donut was 10/10 not too sweet at all and has perfect texture (must have). Mmm as for the drink I wasn’t asked about my sweetness or ice preference so that was my personal negative view but you can’t knock that taste .

I really enjoyed our experience here. The staff was friendly, the donuts and waffles were very good (I can’t decide which one I liked more), and my Vietnamese Coffee was delish. It was a little expensive (probably comparable to going out for Starbucks or Dutch Bros). But the store has good vibes/good atmosphere. I’d definitely go check it out if you are looking for something fun to do.

Definitely not a traditional boba drink shop. Not impressed by the drinks at all.

The boba pearls were incredibly undercooked and hard. The drinks aren’t cheap and are disgustingly sweet.

The servers and staff were very friendly.

Would not recommend.

Very cute spot with very friendly employees. I didn’t understand the hype over the mochi donuts until I tried this place out and now I can’t go without getting one with my drink. Their drinks are pretty good, a decent size, and a bit cheaper than other boba spots around here. Thankfully wait times are way shorter now than they were when they first opened and were packed. Definitely worth a try.

Asked for light ice and they left about a one inch gap in my drink. Keep in mind their drinks and products are not exactly cheap. The doughnuts are good if they are fresh. If they are not fresh any gas station Hostess pastry will taste just as good.

Not recommend their drink!!! This is almost the worst drink I’ve ever drunk. There are 3 reasons made me won’t come back anymore. 1)Waited for a very longtime, I’ve ordered 1 drink only but it took more than 15min to wait! 2)I asked for level 1 sweetness but it still much more than over sweet. Really can’t imagine how sweet if people have level 3! I also felt headache after I took a few sip. Then I had to buy another drink in the nearest store to clean my mouth. 3)I asked topping with Boba initially, but after around 10min-wait, their staff told me I still need to wait 20 more mins for the Boba. Luckily, I didn’t choose to wait.
Very disappointed experience!

This place was good. I’ve grown up having Bay Area boba tea in San Franciso and Oakland. The tapioca balls were nice and the milk tea was good and watered down with the ice nicely. It can be a bit sweet when you first sip into it. The waffles were a little hard, I’ve tried pre frozen waffles that tasted better. I may not get that again. The tables can be cleaned after every customer leaves a table. The table is left dirty. There were about 6 workers behind the counter and a few of them were just standing around. It would take a minute to wipe off a table but maybe people just don’t like cleanliness these days and other customers don’t mind but it’s definitely not a clean inviting place to eat, enjoy your boba drink and chill. Also, there fake moss wall would be really cool if it was real.

Love, love these donuts! I am a repeat customer and have only ever gotten 1 flavor I didn’t like. The drinks are really sweet but the staff is super friendly and helpful and will make them less sweet if you request so. They’re also always happy to make suggestions if you don’t know what to try.

I drink a lot of boba from different places such as Kung Fu tea, tastea, teaholic, the teahouse, gong cha, ECT. I was excited to have another boba option in Visalia.

I think mochido has been the most sweet boba tea I’ve ever drank. I love sweets but even this was a little too sweet for me. I would recommend the shop owner to reduce the sweetness of the drinks. Also I think the fruity drink was a little ruined by adding a weird powder to it.

The service was good though. We came 10 minutes before close and the girls still helped us.

Mochido is now a brick & mortar! Woohoo! I still can’t rave enough about them. This is the real deal folks. I miss the socal boba & mochi donut spots no-more! Mochido fulfills all this cravings. They offer mochi donuts, mochi waffles & boba drinks. The donut flavors change weekly so keep an eye on their instagram and they are always adding drink flavors. Their drink flavors are so unique and delicious- they transport me back to Hawaii with their mango, lilikoi and ube flavors.
Pre-brick & mortar review:Their donuts are so delicious we ordered two weeks in a row. Texture is great, the flavors are delicious. I highly recommend!
