Food temperature was good, food was good until I got to bottom of french fries and found a long curly hair in them, spoiled the rest of my meal. Cashiers, cooks, need to wear hair nets at all times, this is disgusting

One of their worker’s, Ben, is the most polite and friendly McDonald’s worker’s we’ve ever met. He helped us when our order wasn’t quite right. He got us squared away. Pleasantly surprised by this great customer service!

The customer service in Montgomery Alahillbillybama is the worst I’ve ever experienced as a whole! This McDonald’s in particular was able to set themselves aside as the worst of them all. I have never been met with such unprofessional, lazy, thug life attitude at ANY restaurant around the United States, and I’ve eaten at hundreds of locations. I’m sorry your life led you to a job you hate! I didn’t play a part in any aspect of your miserable existence. The fact that they could talk to paying customers the way they did just baffles me as an American, a customer, and a Human being in general. Bravo McDonald’s way to stand out from the crowd when it comes to selecting the faces of your business. Try a rabid Pitbull next time…I bet at least it wouldn’t feel entitled like your star employees!!!

Found several hairs in my food and they weren’t mine. My hair is blonde and it was black curly hair. Not sure if this happened to others today. I normally have great service it’s just disappointing and nauseating to get almost done with your food and find hair. Not sure what would be a feasible solution but I don’t want it too happen to anyone else.

If I could give it no stars I would. The cashier messed my order up three times, made me pay for a drink that should have come with the combo, then no fries with it. My mother chicken sandwich was burnt and dry along with it being flooded with mayo. My sandwich was barely on the bun and dry as well. Won’t be back at this one for a while.

Missing food food not made right I ordered a big mac extra sauce it came with extra sauce but no meat ordered mcchicken didn’t get it waited 15 minutes for food because they said they are waiting on fries and then when I do get food fries are cold try calling the store and of course no one will answer the phone but it probably wouldn’t done any good because the manager is only as good as her boss is so I don’t think they will ever change

Went there last night and and ordered the deluxe crispy chicken sandwich meal with a large coke and 10 piece nuggets with hot sauce and barbecue sauce.when I got to the drive through they told me that I didn’t order the meal and when I got home there was only six nuggets and no sauce.so if you want your order right I suggest that you don’t go to the one on Madison Avenue.

I really don’t like this McDonald’s. It’s the closest one to Downtown so a lot of people stop on their way to work or at lunch. At breakfast you can almost bet on being asked to pull up to wait on your food at the drive thru. Then they serve 8 cars behind you and completely forget you are there. I have had to get out of my car numerous times and go inside to get my food. I order a biscuit and two hashbrowns at breakfast and I’m asked to pull up? You are going to tell me that none of the 10 cars behind me you served ahead of me got hashbrowns at breakfast? I’m not buying it. You gave my food to the cars behind me, and we both know it. Lunch service is a lot better though.

Me and my husband came here a few months ago and our food tasted so old it made us gag ! Unprofessional employees and a nasty attitude ! I have not came back since!!
