It’s rare to find an eatery dedicated to safe, gluten free, eating. That’s why I’m intrigued by Mason Dixon Bakery’s offerings. I’ve enjoyed several treats from here including their chocolate chip cooked and their delicious cup cakes. This morning I tried the breakfast sandwich which you can get on various breads (gluten free, dairy free, or paleo friendly) or a gluten free biscuit. Thumbs up! The sandwich was delicious. My chocolate chip cookie was a bit dry but not unacceptable. Gluten free is hard to perfect. It was still good especially after getting home and warming it up a bit. I also had a cranberry scone which was served warm. Overall a great place to get a gluten free treat if you’re on their side of town.

We hired Mason Dixon as our wedding caterer in April 2022 and were extremely impressed. They handled everything: dinner, dessert (you’d never know they were gluten free!), staff, serving ware, and table cloths. We had a very enjoyable tasting, and they were extremely easy to contact and work with leading up to the big day. Don’t let the name fool you- this is the place to go if you’re looking for a caterer in Huntsville without the typical southern BBQ style food although i’m sure they could handle that too. Highly recommend!

This was my first time visiting this establishment. Customer service was great! I love they serve in togo containers…. I ordered the Vegan BLT it wasn’t very good honestly, I had high hopes for it but the vegan bacon wasn’t really vegan bacon it was dried mushroom strips w/ no flavor which made the sandwich taste off especially with whatever jam they used. I left the rest of the sandwich unfortunately. The mushroom gravy and vegan biscuit wasn’t too bad just needed some salt and pepper. Tried to add the gravy on the sandwich but it didn’t help.

Attended the soft opening at the new location and just wow!! The space is incredible and the menu has a lot of new items – it all looked so delicious it was hard to decide. Definitely recommend the avocado toast (pictured) or the burger with the Housemade chips – 100% We will be adding MD into our lunch spot rotation.

My son is gluten free in our family but we all love the cupcakes!! We buy biscuits 3-4 sleeves (4pack) at a time, he pops em in the microwave for 1 minute for breakfast almost daily. I bought take & bake cinnamon rolls (5pqck) today and HE LOVES THEM! They have my house smelling amazing too.

MD was amazing at handling all of our food allergies! Gluten, corn and eggs. More ah-mazing was the flavor and texture of the cupcakes! And they were beautiful, the picture doesn’t do them justice. Will definitely be ordering again!

Mason Dixon catered our rehearsal dinner and our wedding, and everyone was blown away. Not only is the food AMAZING, but also, the staff is so kind and helpful. I love that they provided everything we needed—including setting the tables. Our cake and cookies were perfect! 10/10!!!

Thank you so much for the beautiful Cloud 9 cake and Take 5 cookies that arrived at my home tonight. They look amazing, and I couldn’t resist trying one of the cookies immediately–and Oh my goodness, it was fabulous! I was recently diagnosed with a wheat/gluten allergy, and I wondered how I’d be able to enjoy a birthday cake again. Then I found your bakery online, and I really want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for baking treats for those of us with allergies and for going above and beyond to ship them to our homes. Mason Dixon catered our wedding last Halloween. It was such a wonderful experience! They worked with us to put together a custom menu to help make our dream wedding come true. We wanted mess-free comfort foods, and they were able to come up with an amazing mac-n-chees bar, shrimp and grits shooters, crab cakes with a lemon sauce, and so much more. They helped to make everything look so beautiful and elegant! They were completely on top of all catering rearrangements from ceremony to reception and the service was top notch. They also did our cake and four cupcake flavors which were all delicious! The tastings and communication leading up to the wedding were so professional, kind, and thoughtful. I could not have asked for or imagined a better experience.
