I’m such an easy target! I saw an ad for the new churro donuts and HAD to have it! I drove 21 minutes to my nearest location and… they’re ok lol. Was expecting/hoping for a crunch. They’re just really sweet but look pretty!

Worst donuts ever – I’m not going to this place anymore. I’m a big fan of krispy kreme original donuts, today what I got were cold shrunk donuts. Is it a problem with this franchise or is KrispyKreme in general going down ?

Customer service was disappointed.
But Kelly was super friendly.
It took a while for my kids to select all the flavor, but Kelly never rush us.
Their fresh and hot original glazed was my favorite. Crispy outside and warm and hot inside. I had 20 of them all at once.

My order was misunderstood from the beginning. The cashier was unable to concentrate on my small order. Donuts were bitesize and cold. See attached photo showing the lack of crème filling. Drove 20 minutes for this letdown.

At this point I don’t even know why I continue to give this particular Krispy Kreme any business. There has been an issue EVERY time I visit this location. I ordered when the Hotlight was on and when I get home 1. My doughnuts were ALL COLD 2. My cake batter doughnut had not only NO filling but the icing was coming off and it tasted as if it had just come out the freezer and was left to thaw out. DO NOT PUT THE HOTLIGHT ON IF THE DOUGHNUTS ARE NOT HOT! Please and thank you DO BETTER!

Up early to swing by Krispy Kreme to grab 3 dozen donuts for the Saturday work crew. 6:25 am a d the the store is suppose to ope at 6am. Nobody answers the order box. So I drive up to the window. I see a young kid peeping at me. Once he knew I saw him he approached the window. He said, “We are not open yet…I can’t ring you up because I don’t have cash.” When I asked what time they open he said 6 but the manager is not there yet Not a good start to the day..

I simply signed up for the rewards program. What would have normally cost me $10.99 was a WHOPPING $FREE.99 TODAY!!!!!

Great location easy access parking. Although one door was broken and the sign was small to read I drove to the other side and entered. Even though the customer in front of me was making a huge purchase. The other cashier helped me. She was very nice and helpful.

So for some reason the person taking the order wasn’t pleasant and when I got to the window the cashier acted like I was bothering her, so disappointed. I work in customer service and no matter how I am feeling I do my best to be pleasant and kind becAuse repeat customers keep the business going and I can pay my bills. I also ordered a dozen donuts and I have 6 glazed mini donuts, my nephews cracked up laughing when we opened the box. I probably won’t be coming back to your establishment.
God’s Favor
This Krispy Kreme should not be open to the public! I visited this location for the first time and ordered three doughnuts (different flavors) and the cashier told me they didn’t have any of those flavors. So I asked what flavors they did have and after he told me the few that they had, I ordered three. After paying I was given a box, I opened the box and there were three “shrivelled” hard doughnuts. I asked the cashier if they had any fresh doughnuts and surprisingly he was honest and told me “no, they didn’t”. I gave the box back and requested a refund. It took the manager 20 minutes to refund my money. The manager had nothing to say about the old doughnuts, the bad experience or even an apology. I recommend bypassing this location unless you have money to waste and an iron stomach!
