Agree with the previous review. This Krispy Kreme store has terrible customer service. Not one employee acknowledged me. I stood in the store for about five minutes before deciding to take my business to Randy’s Donuts. I get that the store was busy. But, a simple, “Good morning, please give us a quick minute,” would have gone a long way. Again, that did not happen, even though three employees saw me waiting. Avoid this store.

I’ve been to great Krispy Kremes before, but NOT this one. Place was not very clean & service was awful. Person could not answer a single question & told us she hates donuts so doesn’t know anything about them. Even when we asked someone else questions, the answered vague. Would not go back.

I went to get me a original donut. And omg. The cashier told me the light was on so I get my one donut free. WOW . I was impressed. We need more workers like this one , because I didn’t know anything about the light ️

Wage Theft, Violates Labor Laws regarding breaks. They don’t let you take your breaks required by CA law. I worked 50 hours this week and they refuse to give me a final paycheck. I am not working with Corporate HR and the BBB to figure this out. You can’t take 1000$ of someone’s money and not give it to them. Negative 5 stars.

Love Krispy creme. Visiting from Minnesota had to try Was on my wife’s bucket list. This place is so clean and sanitary. I walked in and I felt like I was back in Minnesota. Our cashier Ashley is awesome. If you’re reading this you are exceptional and we appreciated our conversation with you. Ashley went above and beyond and detailed every donut out of out dozen we bought. Even compared the Reese’s Bismark to the candy and noted the differences. I was in awe she was so polite gave us the history of Krispy Kreme and even noted that they use to be in Bakersfield. I knew that because I went to school here. Awesome place to go wished we had one in Minnesota. Oh and they make donuts fresh, they have all the equipment there to do it. Plus they have a drive thru

We stopped by last night on 4/24/22 It was our first time buying Krispy Kreme doughnuts freshly made. I’m so glad Dunkin’ Donuts was closed by nine because now we have a new favorite spot for donuts

Just couldn’t help myself any longer and got there just as donuts were rolling through the glazer … OMG! Warm glazed donuts and chocolate covered cream filled ones!! I am in heaven.
