I had to pull over after getting my donuts this evening and give this young lady a review! From ordering to pick up she is just so pleasant and nice, and it makes this not just about my food, but it just is refreshing! The first time I came through and she spoke and took my order it was just different! It seems like a month or so now that she’s been at the order window. You can tell that she’s enjoying helping people and happy to be there, not just punching a clock! Her name is Jamiah, and I wish great things for her! Krispy Kreme is blessed to have her!

Please explain to me how this extra flat toilet seat looking or bed pan looking (choose one) imposter of a pumpkin spice donut is supposed to be worth eating? I swear if I did not live in Harrisburg I would drive this sad excuse for a donut back tomorrow. I will not be back and will be contacting someone about this. It’s criminal.

Normally this Krispy Kreme is on point. Great doughnuts and coffee. Today however left something to be desired. We walked in and it was busy. We got our doughnuts fast, it was the check out that was holding everything up. We got to the register and asked for 2 coffees and 2 hot chocolates. Thomas the assistant manager said “oh lawd I can’t make coffees”. He asked three others if they could make the coffees and no one knew how. He walked around telling everyone he can’t make it and when he did people brought them back. How he needed a vacation. A small woman came in and he was “ooo you came in at the right time!” She made the coffees and they are very good. I’m so glad she came in or we would still be waiting. The icing on top was some of our doughnuts were wrong. We bit in and it was creme instead of custard.

So we are literally in the drive-thru 754pm the cashier straight told us we couldnt get an ice coffee because they are short staff after saying they don’t have time to make it disappointed

The donuts were not old. I hate to get stale donuts. I won’t go back if I get stale donuts. I enjoyed the chocolate covered and the lemon filled I got. The coffee was a little old but it’s after 10 a.

I placed an online order for the chocolate glazed donuts that can only be ordered on Friday’s. I got to the store at my assigned time which was 9 am and they said they didn’t have any, they only had regular glazed. I really wanted to try the others when I said I didn’t understand why they don’t have them at 9 am she replies they were busy. If they didn’t have them they should update the app to not allow you to order them. I don’t know if I’ll ever try them because the stores don’t want to make an effort to make them:

It’s a shame your customer service skills at this location aren’t as good as your doughnuts. The lady taking our order just now at the drive through literally was extremely rude in our face only because we didn’t know what our 5yo wanted at the moment she asked. Even went as far as exclaiming loudly OMG! So we could hear her and said are you ready now!? In the worst tone ever! She was wearing a black long sleeve jacket and a pony tail. Our visit was at 6:35pm on Friday 9/2. The other girl at the window with the very short hair was great. She should he the one taking orders. Funny things is it wasn’t even near close time so no matter how fast we ordered she would still have to be there so no need to be rude at all. Being kind is probably easier.

At no time in my life have I ever been to a Krispy Kreme where they serve you stale donuts. You guys have taken a new store that look amazing on the outside and turned it into a waste of space. I would request my money back however I stay in Clover South Carolina and I would WAST the money I paid for this Trash you served us in gas. I feel like I failed my family’s tradition that we have every year on the way home from the beach. All because lazy individuals decided not to get rid of old stock and give it to customers to save a penny. The worst $12 of $15 I spent!. The one star was for the fruit drink that my daughter said was very good. Thank you for your five star disappointing experience!

On Saturday, August 6th I was working door dash. I went to this location that Saturday morning around 10 to pick up an order, the morning staff was pleasant, no problem. The issue came with the evening shift. I picked up an order around 6pm and the evening staff was just not rude but didn’t have any care in the World. I asked for a bag to put the customers order in, if looks could k*ll I would be dead. The young lady through the box in the bag and tossed it to me, not my order it is the customers order I’m picking up. I did however tell that customer what happened if the doughnuts are smashed. It is truly day and night with the shifts at this Krispy Kreme location in Pineville, NC. Again this happened on Saturday, August 6, 2022.
