Krispy Kreme usually is a good experience never really had a bad one here at this location and the donuts are delicious every time. Iam picky so I don’t try all the flavors but recently got cake batter it was good but too sweet to finish!

This isn’t the first problem I’ve had with this location. Wanted to try the birthday cake shake but when I got the window no one came for a good 10 mins total. I seen at least 4-5 workers just socializing and 3 of them for sure made eye contact with me and still didn’t come to the window to acknowledge me and practice customer service saying that they’re simply busy. Instead they continued to make conversation in which I just drove off because of the lack of communication I have received. The long wait isn’t the problem. Failing to communicate that and just staring at me instead is the problem.

I like Krispy Kreme as a favorite place for donuts, drinks, etc. I made my first visit to this location today. Sorry to say that it was filthy overall and had donuts scattered all over the baking area. The employee who waited on me seemed uninterested in doing so. She was playing with her hair before and during taking my order and never gloved up. Apparently, they don’t use gloves at the service display so she reached in bare handed to put donuts into a bag. No gloves were used by any of the wait staff, including the drive-in help. This is not a normal Krispy Kreme store and the cleanliness and lack of safe food handling needs to be addressed.

the employees are so rude here. we asked what donuts were available 2 hours before closing. and we were told they were “only” out of practically everything. there were only 2 options. and then they proceeded to upcharge us for getting the only two options. then the donuts were so ice cold that they hurt our teeth to eat. they were also the smallest donuts i’ve ever seen in my life.

Omg it was awesome!! I got a dozen plain ( yes they were hot!!!) And a dozen mixed.( They were not hot lol, they were still good tho. The cashier was great to me and that means allot

They must be really tired and under-staffed. Short, abrubt, indifferent describes the attitude of the person taking my order. The quality of the product is their only saving grace.
Wish I’d read the review about the lack of cleanliness before I used the drive thru!

Hot light suppose to come on at 6pm everyday.. Come to Battleground Krispy Kreme they said they don’t have any ready yet.. The glaze not coming out right Y’all had all day to try and fix that… Come another day they out of certain doughnuts.. Listen just go to Gate City Krispy Kreme

This review pains me to write. I’ve always been a fan of Krispy Kreme donuts, as it takes me back to a happy place during my childhood when getting a donut was fun and happy. It is unfortunately not a good experience anymore, and believe me I’ve given it way too many chances to redeem itself. The quality of the donuts has deteriorated a lot over the years. Just go inside and watch the machines make them and how much dough is being wasted, thrown on the floor. The worst part about the whole thing is the service. I really dont understand why the employees (particularly) the drive thru, cannot treat you with basic dignity. I’m talking about the night time crew, as the day time experience could be a totally different experience, who knows. I only go at night. They are so rude and do not show any kind of respect when speaking to you. I get so frustrated at this, as it’s sad to see such a once happy establishment, sink so far to the bottom. Also, $12 for a dozen at that poor quality? absolutely not worth it to me. It’s pretty clear to me the management doesn’t care about it either, because the problems are brutally obvious to see. Sadly, I’m definitely crossing this off my list for good in favor of Donut World and Dunkin. Yeah i said it, Dunkin. lol
