Krispy Kreme Reviews

First time here! I honestly had no idea there was a Krispy Kreme here lol. (I don’t get out much!) Drove by it on our way to dinner. We ended up stopping by on our way home to pick up treats for the family

The lobby was closed, so you need to go through the drive through. As we tried to figure out what to get, the girl on the microphone was super helpful and also shared the current special.

She was patient as we tried to figure out what to order, even when we kept changing our minds ‍♀️ sorry about that!

We pulled up to the window to pay and they almost charged us the full amount instead of the special price they had going on, but thankfully caught it just in time. Whew! Thank you!

Waited till we got home, and every thing was perfect! The classic glazed is my fave and they took me back to the days we used Krispy Kreme to fundraiser lol. We also ordered a variety and they all looked great! Everything looked fresh, clean and neat. Tasted great too!

We will be back now that we know they are here

They didn’t have the “hot” sign on but those were some yummy fresh donuts! My only feedback was regarding the mobile purchase made. I added money on their app. They scanned it and the money went through but didn’t show on their end so the person at the register talked to manager and they were fine with giving the donuts but I still would have been out some money for the difference. They then had to talk to manager again to give me the difference. Small inconvenience but they made it right!

Drive through experience was meh. At 8am on a Saturday morning (prime donut consuming time) there was something like 4 donut varieties available. Literally everything we asked for was unavailable, and so were our second choices. Ordering felt like I was playing battleship, until finally we were told what they did have.

THEN we pull around the corner to approach the window and there is only one person in front of us. No big deal, right? Wrong. Turns out this person was buying coffee for some big meeting or sports event or something, so we had to sit there for something like 10-15 minutes while they (I assume due to the time it took) brewed 3 or 4 jugs of coffee for this person. Most drive through spots these days will have you pull ahead, park, and bring you out whatever if, you know, your order is gonna take a quarter of an hour and the guy behind you is just waiting on 5 donuts. Not Krispy Kreme policy apparently. If I had a way out, I would have left..

The final frustration once the coffee person had finally moved on was the bees!!! I wish I was making this up, but there were a bunch of bees buzzing around the drive through window, it was pretty distressing when I had to roll down my window to make the transaction. Huge amount of respect for the workers there having to put up with that. Hopefully none of them have allergies.

Donuts were great.

I have been to Krispy Kreme several times over the years. I have not been disappointed until the last two visit. First, I understand that during the pandemic lobby services were limited in most places, but this has continued at Krispy Kreme. I understand there is a storage of workers. I understand that work ethics are not as important in today’s market. I do not understand the repetitive incorrect orders I have received. I do not understand being charge for specialty donuts but receiving plain glaze. I do not understand the manager hanging up on me or accidentally being disconnected when I ask for a refund. Or having to bring the donuts with the receipt back to the store. Or receiving the same incorrect replacement order. Krispy Kreme’s standards are poor.

A dozen donuts is expensive! I haven’t been to a Krispy Kreme in 5 or so years so it was surprising. But that’s the only bad thing about this location. The donuts were great and the cashier was polite.

I have no idea why anyone likes Krispy Kreme Donuts. Their Donuts were raw and had way too much icing. I had the hot original and the Boston Crème, and the original seemed so nasty to me, I didn’t even finish it. The Boston creme was better, but not by much, that one seemed a bit raw, too . The only thing good about it was the custard was fairly decent. I’ve tried Krispy Kreme Donuts once or twice before, and it had been a while since I had them, so I thought I’d give them another shot. Totally regret it! And I forgot to mention how overpriced it was!! $16+ for a dozen Donuts that I couldnt even eat, ridiculous. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Never going back.

Love the donuts from here. They are always freshly served. The staff is always kind and professional whenever I go there. If you love a great donut with your coffee this is the place to go.

We got here right around 7pm, by the time we got thru the drive thru, the line for the drive thru was out the parking lot & on the frontage road next to 1604. And I have to say that was the best dozen donuts I have bought in a long time!! I understand why people were willing to wait in that super long line. Nothing better than fresh warm yummy donuts!

Didn’t get our hot free donut when we came in and light was on. Out of the strawberry donut. Out of all Kolaches. Girl didn’t know how to ring up gift card and she didn’t give me a receipt. Donuts we did get didn’t taste very fresh, they were hard and the stuff in top was gooey.

Krispy Kreme delicious as always but lobby was not open. No reason, just a sign saying it is closed. Every other business seems to figure out how to stay open. Poor management is why Krispy Kreme struggles throughout the country, which is a shame since they have the one thing other businesses wish they had, an amazing product.
