I love their doughnuts. There were variety of doughnuts with delicious taste. But only thing I didn’t like they were short staffs. I asked an employee for coffee. She even don’t understand English. I hope they get more employees and train them.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. He gave our kid a Krispy Kreme hat and took pictures for our family. Needless to say we loved the valentines special dozens and purchased two boxes. The presentation of the box was well done, great as a gift.

Horrible experience. Sylvia was extremely rude and treated us horrible. She allowed others to enter the store with no problem. Once I walked in she proceeded to follow me and whisper things to other Krispy Kreme workers. Waited in line for 50 minutes for a dozen or false donuts despite the Krispy Kreme sign being lit up. Inside or the establishment was extremely dirty.. I was a regular at the particular location up until today… Not anymore!

Walked in and one of the Staff members was AMAZING! He was extremely helpful and, a first, made us feel like we were the the king and queen of the place.
This is the first time I have been treated like this at any donut shop.
KUDOS to Krispy Kreme for having such a high quality staff member. I was mad at myself for not getting his name but he was great! Once I get it I will update this post. You MUST EXPERIENCE FOR YOURSELF!

Ordered Pumpkin Spice Lover’s Dozen from this location via Grubhub. The idea being that the Dozen contains three each of their four different types of their Pumpkin Spice doughtnuts. The delivery was early and the driver was well mannered.
But the doughnuts tasted weird. In hindsight I should have remembered there is no such thing as Pumpkin Spice. Flavoring, read chemicals, are used to make pumpkin spice [insert food name here] taste kind of like, not really, like pumpkin. Also Krispy Kreme has way too much sugar in their doughnuts when compared to other doughnuts.
Anyway, the doughnuts tasted weird and left a chemical aftertaste. Some were not as bad tasting as others but…I won’t be ordering then again. Felt kind of sick to be honest.
On the other hand they sent me a ton of napkins. So maybe give them two stars.

The freshest of all donuts. You can see them in making in front of your eyes and be ready to be amazed by the speed and yet all the served donuts are always gone within minutes. The donuts I wanted weren’t available so I am taking one star off otherwise everything is awesome.

I asked for a jelly doughnut. We have raspberry. Okay. So I bite into it and it’s lemon custard! I hate lemon custard. I call the store. No answer. I tried to report it on the website.Wonky; won’t move past ‘concerns’.
That’s why my rating is so low.

I went there to get a box of 4 glazed doughnuts and low and behold they had a special going on for 12 doughnuts for the price of 4!!! The experience was like hitting the Million Dollars lottery!!!! The doughnuts were hot and freshly baked Delicious!!! The employees were Awesome and made me laugh!!! What a great experience after a hard days work!!! Thank you Krispy Kreme for saving the day once again!!!
