If you are a fan of having you cup reasonably filled, this isn’t the place for you. After a long wait in the drive through they took my order and didn’t even finish the conversation, just leaving me in the rain with my car window open. I got to the window and I had to order again as they seemed confused. Attached is a photo of how they filled the cup.

HOT AND READY! What more needs to be said, except the staff is wonderful. When we ate a few to many donuts right off the line, they were kind enough to give us a nice cup of ice cold water. Just exactly what we needed, that and a dozen to go!

I have visited this location many times over the past six months in order to try to get hot doughnuts. The hot light usually isn’t on during the advertised hours on the website. Today, I was surprised to see the light was actually on. I pulled in the parking lot and they turned it off at 7:40pm. Keep in mind the website says 6pm-10pm. The assistant supervisor could not have cared less and when I showed her what the website says she shrugged her shoulders at me. I told corporate but will never go to the Newport News, Virginia location ever again and highly discourage others from going as they aren’t clean and are out of things often.

Everytime I come to this location it is a pleasant experience! I do wish the hot sign was on more, BUT the donuts are always up to par and a forever favorite! So fortunate to have this one near me! Thank you guys for all you do!

It says online that between 6 and 10 the hot sign is supposed to be on. The sign is not on, they will not answer the phone to answer when they would be making fresh donuts. This is the second time I have been and there is NO fresh donuts during the specified times

I came up there 5/25 for senior day to get my FREE doughnuts and the ladies at the speaker tried to tell me that they ran out of doughnuts but there was multiple cars in front of us receiving doughnuts so it really didn’t made any sense. Then when we asked could we just get all original glazed then knowing they had plenty and the lady continued to deny us . Y’all have to do better. False advertising.

Employees got our order wrong, then proceeded to clean while no one was in the place and clean where exactly we were sitting and we get asked to move our feet while eating…very odd. Also there were no fresh warm doughnuts out, definitely a completly different experience all together than in Florida. Down there the employees are helpful, attentive, and tons of people are in the place waiting for those fresh doughnuts. Here was a dead zone.

Most Krispy Kreme are delicious and hot out of the oven. This location is no different. We went through the drive thru. It was fast even though there was a line. Krispy Kreme needs to offer military discount
