Tonight I ordered two dozens. One with glaze and the other with 6 raspberry filled and the other 6 with strawberry sprinkles since they didn’t have anything I wanted. I get all the way home and low and behold my order was wrong. I didn’t get any raspberry filled, instead I received 6 custard filled. Tried calling them and of course no answer.
The company should have left this place closed. Since the new building has been up the orders are always wrong and they never have what’s on the menu!!

Awful experience. Associate gave me hard time using a coupon in drive thru. She refused to let me use . It was totally a valid coupon. With all the hassle, I told her don’t worry about it , I will pay for it. So I did. I ended up placing another order on the app and used my coupon for another order while waiting on that order . I told her I placed order, and would like to grab it as well. She made me get out of drive thru and told me I had to come in to get the order. I shook my head in disbelief.She closed window.I then drove off. I meditated and went back thru drive thru, politely requesting my paid mobile order. She was so shocked to see me again. It was all over her face. Lol. She changed her entire demeanor. This could have went so wrong, and all so unnecessary. You all will never believe all this hassle took place for A dang cup of coffee. Maybe she was upset I didn’t order a donut. So I left there with 2 cups of coffee. It took half of morning debating over a coupon for coffee… smh…

HORRIBLE! Today is National Coffee Day and Krispy Kreme sent me an email that said they offered free coffee today. So I thought it was the perfect opportunity for me try their coffee. I went there right after work. It took me 35 mins to get there. I was excited to do something for myself. I pulled up to the drive through. I said hi and said I was there for the free coffee since it is National Coffee Day. The woman taking my order didn’t greet me at all. She said she didn’t understand me. I repeated what I said. She kept saying she didn’t understand me, but not in a nice way. And said ‘Drive around’. So I did. I said the same thing for a third time. You should’ve seen how she looked when I said that. She looked so unpleasant when she heard I wanted free coffee. She brought the coffee, I said thank you. She didn’t say anything at all. 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was not worth the drive. All I wanted was to try the coffee, I didn’t deserve disrespect!

Just left this location on Plank and Hollywood. The young lady at the front counter was TERRIBLE!!! I greeted her, and she just blinked her eyes and didn’t say a word to me. I ordered and paid for a dozen donuts. When I had selected 9, I chose a final flavor (since the flavor I actually wanted was only for display), she asked me how many I wanted. THREE!!! I ordered a dozen! She handed me the box without a word. Courtesy/customer service = -9. No need to worry about a future encounter. I will not return to this location. Greeting/courtesy is not a lot to ask for. What is wrong with you?! I was the only customer inside when I was ordering. Customer service still matters in 2022. I work in retail also. Greet the customer. Be warm and friendly. Time and money wasted on the disappointing service I received at this location. Lesson learned.

Man I miss this place. Don’t get me wrong Meche’s donuts is still the one beat. The melt in your mouth goodness that is Krispy Kreme comes very close to up-seating the Donut King. I popped in to get my free dozen as my birthday reward. My son couldn’t wait and scarfed down a couple before we were out the door. I advise to register on the app and get those rewards.

This is a busy Resturant with longer than expected wait times (which is why I gave it four stars) but the service was good and the staff was friendly. I ordered a classic cream-filled donut (a first for me) and an iced mocha latte (a favorite). The donut and the coffee was worth the wait.

Love the fancy new building!

They have the tastiest, most beautifully glazed donuts. I like how they lay them out flat In a box so that the glaze doesn’t get all cracked and broken. Most other donut shops just throws them in a bag.
They have a lot of great specialty donuts and filled ones too.
I really do love the new building though. For some reason I feel safer than the old one. Everything is all clean and shiny and smells nice…- kinda like their glazed donuts.

Absolutely love this place. Great memories from my childhood. Still the best donuts I’ve ever had in my life. My kids love them too. And I always get a lot of love everytime I come here. I drive from Lafayette to Baton Rouge just to get these donuts.

Update (2022): years later and I finally got to see the new building. It’s nice. And I will still drive from Lafayette to Baton Rouge at 4am on a random day to get my favorite childhood donuts.

Mr.White! This location is great, we get 20+ dozen and 2-4 coffee carafs every Friday morning and never an issue. The team works well together as you can see through the glass and the place is clean as a hospital. Great job B.R Krispy Kreme Team!

For the first time in MY LIFE…I had the worst experience with Krispy Kreme donuts at the Baton Rouge location. Customer Service… POOR… just there to get a paycheck. I asked for a receipt…response was, “Ain’t got no paper in the machine.” My response, “Can you put some paper in the machine so I can get a receipt?” Response from employee…”I don’t do that ”
I walked out…I was DONE!!! I got into my vehicle and opened my box…donuts were overcooked with very little icing on them…I was DONE TWICE!
I have read a lot of “NEGATIVE” reviews on this store. I wondered if upper management or corporate office is doing anything to correct these problems which seem similar in many cases. If anyone has any resposibility of running this store, they would want to read these reviews and CORRECT the PROBLEMS!!!
