Hurts Donut Tulsa Reviews

Great donut place, with a lot of different kind of donuts. If you like breakfast cereals on top of them or chocolate mints or different candy bars it’s great, and they tasted fabulous. I loved the maple bacon log and the apple pie donut and the jalapeno donut holes even more. I would definitely go back and you need to go if you’ve never been. Great stop in Tulsa.

It’s Labor Day so their selection was lacking but the girl working the front counter offered to make us a couple of the donuts we requested. We were pretty indecisive but she was so patient, helpful, and gave us great recommendations. (She also spoke Spanish, and my grandma was able to order comfortably and without any awkwardness.)
She also sold us on their iced mocha lattes and they were delicious. The perfect drinks to have at noon!
Overall, both the donuts and the service couldn’t have been better.

Other than the understandable long wait lines ( Race in town) The donuts do have a reputation of being great and I will say they did not disappoint…. Look at that cinnamon roll .. Grabbed a cinnamon roll and 20 oz hot chocolate and it was more than enough

Went in after dinner and was shocked they still had a great assortment. Ended up trying the banana cream donut. YYUUMM! So many interesting and different styles of donuts that you just don’t see elsewhere. Can’t wait to try more.

I was in town and randomly stopped here and I’m glad I did. The employee that helped me ( I forgot to get his name) was so helpful and friendly. I walked in wanting to try one donut but I ended up getting a half a dozen. I should’ve just splurged and got a dozen but I will definitely be back whenever I’m in town. The donuts were fresh , moist and very tasty. My coworkers and I loved them! I can tell this place has a great reputation because I brought the box with me to the airport and everyone was stopping me asking for one lol thanks again

Maybe it was the time of day we went. We got a variety of donuts, and the first one I tried was a little dry like it had been out there for a while. It tasted delicious but you’ll definitely want a glass of cold milk. Hopefully, the jelly and fruit-filled will be better. EDIT: They absolutely were better! As stated, we’d gotten a variety and the rest were moist and delicious.
Being in downtown Tulsa, you’ll navigate your way around the one-way streets, and then pay $6.00 for parking. Of course, panhandlers are part of the experience. To end on a good note, they have a good variety and it varies day by day.

This place is great for those out of the ordinary donuts. Lot’s of choices and flavors to choose from if you like cake or yeast donuts. Cinnamon rolls are delicious and monster sized and have to have their own box all to themselves. For those complaining about not having particular donuts available when they go in must not understand cost control and waste control policies in food service.
Staff is always extremely friendly, helpful and always makes suggestions if asked and if a donut is sold out, they provide advice on the best time to get that donut before it’s gone for the day.
Been here during peak time and slow times of the day and the service is always top notch.

NEVER NEVER AGAIN. I have had Hurts donuts before and don’t see the appeal but leaving downtown Tulsa that’s what husband wanted so I relented. Walked in around 840am; there was no coffee (I will specify I only drink plain black coffee so the organic is what comes closest here). The girl said it will take 5 minutes for me to make it. I said no, I just wanted some plain black coffee as we had to get on the road. I got a cinnamon donut, husband got chocolate long john and a lemon donut. The girl said I can get you an American for coffee. I said thanks that’s fine. I had no idea it would take another 4 minutes and was nothing but what I liken to a steamed espresso I told her I only wanted plain black coffee. For the amount of money we paid it was WASTED. The donut was dry except for teeth hurting sugar on top, husband said his was not flavorful. I will never be back to a Hurts again – ESPECIALLY downtown Tulsa. People who think these are great donuts need to try something else.

Love the selection and the staff is always so nice! I also loved the eight track themed donut box they have!

The donuts are great, but the place is filthy- the floors, sticky tables, and especially the bathrooms. It’s not just a “busy day and didn’t have time to clean”. It’s more like a “hasn’t been cleaned well in weeks”. With that said, we still enjoyed our donuts, but when the business doesn’t enforce high standards of cleanliness, it definitely makes you wonder what we can’t see. We’ll be back to grab a donut occasionally, but we were blown away by how dirty the place was. (Pics attached).
