I bought 4 eggs and sausage sandwiches and 4 kolaches at this place. Total $32 (ripoff). Waited 10 minutes to get them even though there were no other costumers (big red flag). The woman handed them to me and said, “Sorry for the long wait time. We make everything from scratch here.” When I opened the box, the sausage on every sandwich was FROZEN. You can see the ice on the meat in the photo I posted. When I returned to get a refund, the man took back the products and refused to give me my money back. “We can reheat them for you.” No, I don’t want you to reheat them after your hands without gloves touched the sandwiches. I’ve filed the charge dispute with my credit card company and will report this place for serving customers uncooked meat. Stay away from Heavenly Donuts.

Disgusting! I always pass by this place on my way to work, open light always on but never a car in sight! Well, today I found out why. The lady in the drive thru was extremely nice however the donuts are trash! They tasked like old grease! I thought after the first bite I’ll get better but it got worse with every bite. This place was way over priced. I usually get the same order at every donut shop I go to. It’s normally around the same price every where I go, give or take a few dollars. This place was almost $10 higher. I don’t mind paying the price if the quality is good but the quality here is horrible. They didn’t even give me what I ordered and substituted some of the items wo asking me if that’s what I wanted. Donuts taste like they are store bought. Everything taste artificial here. Will not be going back. Wish I could get my money back tbh!

Don’t waste your time on this place if you are looking for a quick breakfast on your way to work as they only sell donuts by the dozen. If you are willing to take the chance that “heavenly donuts” are actually worth a dozen purchase, be aware that they only do drive through. And that there is no menu or prices. Good luck to you, but I recommend going somewhere else

If I could give zero stars I would!!! Save your money, nastiest place to buy donut. We bought some donuts and they taste stale and smell like nasty old grease. She also stated she gave us expensive donuts due to running out of donuts but her shelves were COMPLETELY empty. We bought coffee and it also taste like it had been made days ago, when I asked for creamer she said she was out of everything and only had a 2 small creamers and a stick to stir. Overall experience: AWFUL!!

Thought we would try a new donut place this morning.. TERRIBLE IDEA. This place offers small, messy donuts that don’t even look fresh, but don’t worry, you will still get to wait a long time despite the donuts being stale. We bought 2 long johns and a chocolate milk, FOR A TOTAL OF OVER 7 DOLLARS. That is expensive even for a good donut shop. Dont waste your money, they also will rudely refuse to give you your money back. If i could give this place negative stars I would.
