Decent donuts and not bad pho.Service is super friendly.A good option in fi-di

The quality of the donuts isn’t there for the price they charge. Also, I ordered boxes to pick up for the office with a random assortment. 1/3rd were plain donuts and some of the more desirable ones (various toppings etc) were left out completely. I should have checked the box before, but still not cool. And they did have everything available, i was one of the first there that morning.

Got a dozen donuts here to bring to the office. Service was fast and efficient. They take American Express, yay! Donuts were fine, nothing spectacular, but your standard variety.

I highly recommend the raspberry and cheese Danish and if you want just a snack, I donut holes are fantastic.

I love the pho noodle soup, ban mi sandwiches and curry chicken with rice — solid vietnamese dishes here. Great take out and carry away options for the busy working professionals. There is also some seating in the shop at the front by the windows, and in the back as well.

Thought the donuts were great. Great value.

Little sad that your Google business listing says your open on Thursday at 10:43, however you’re closed. Please fix your open hours.

This appears to be primarily a donut shop, but I got a sandwich instead and liked it. I just tried this place for the first time, and the combination tofu and veggie ham Vietnamese sandwich is very tasty. The bánh mì tasted fresh and had a nice crust without being too chewy.

This review is based on the banh mi that I got a couple days back. I haven’t tried anything else here (doubt I will be back, tbh).
Got the BBQ chicken banh mi, for lunch. The order took a while (about 10 ish minutes), but the place was a little busy and there were only two people running the entire thing, so I can kinda forgive that.
But the banh mi itself was pretty bad. I’m not a banh mi connoisseur by a mile, but I’ve had a fair bit of them, and this was certainly the worst I’ve had. The meat was flavorless and rubbery (I’ll attach a photo of what it looked like). It has probably been in the fridge/freezer for ages. The only flavor I could taste was some kinda fake crab meat’y taste (I think it’s from the mayo and whatever sauce they were using). I couldn’t even eat the entire thing. The bread was alright though.
So yeah, if you find yourself there, maybe stick to non banh mi items from the menu.
The place IS pretty cheap, and now accept credit cards and mobile payments.

It’s good but they do take a while to get your food. The bhan mi is just ok but the pho is where it’s at really.

It’s a catch all place with donuts in the morning but not after 11, so get there early.
