Such a pathetic version of the original Happy Donuts on 24th Street in Noe Valley. They should call this one Sad Donuts. Breakfast sandwich was microwaved frozen eggs and bacon? Just do yourself a favor and skip it, there’s plenty better breakfast spots in the neighborhood.

great place! went early this morning and was greeted with kindness, they have a big menu and the doughnuts are super soft and sweet, best ive had in a minute!

The best deal for a quick bite on Haight Street. I personally like the $1.95 apple fritter, but you have to get there early to get one. I think they close at 5 PM because one time when I was visiting the place was empty and they turned the lights off. I got up and quietly left. They also have a number of breakfast and lunch-type sandwiches which I have never sampled but I’ve heard they are tasty.

No bathroom for paying customers, was the only reason I waited in line and bought something.

As we walked into the shop, the smell of burnt food filled the air. Definitely made me not want to linger. They were out of apple fritters, so we went with a croissant and a glazed donut. The donut was good, same as almost every glazed donut across the country, but the croissant had a sour milk taste to it.
I won’t be back, the donut shop at 9th and Judah is a much better place (better selection, hours, atmosphere, and well, donuts like everywhere in America).

I had the egg, ham and bacon croissant and it was amazing and super affordable. It was so good I came back a few days later and I tried some donut holes and a French cruller. TO DIE FOR!

I’ve gotten donuts here multiple times, and in my opinion, these are some of the best donuts you can get. I go in the morning, so they are still warm (which I highly recommend doing). So next time you get donuts, go here. You won’t be disappointed!

My old fashioned donut was quite good. The smoothie, however, was not. It was made with ice and some sort of pre blended fruit concoction. It didn’t taste like much. I’m fact, the most prominent flavor was the plastic cup. Enjoy a donut here, but steer well clear of the smoothies.

Really underrated Haight street spot. Always greeted by a cheerful staff who diligently prepare delicious bagel sandwiches, donuts, etc. Also very reasonable price point for the neighborhood!
