I go into Fresh Donuts two or three times a week for just donuts and on occasion, when they have milk, I will add a milk. It’s always on my way to work. This morning there was a lade with four small children, one a baby, who placed a large order including iced coffees. I knew that would take some time so I asked if I could just get donuts, pay, and be on my way since I had to get to work. The lady spoke up that everyone needs to be somewhere. The woman behind the counter chose to keep me waiting. Keep in mind that my transaction would have taken but a minute. Well, Fresh Donuts has lost my business. There are plenty of donut shops. The one by Jack in the Box will be getting my business from now on.

Coffee was great, didn’t burn at all. Sorry for the spilled coffee! Lol. He was a very patient and mild-mannered server. Definitely would visit again.

The boba I got was delicious but the lady was rude. There was no on in the store and the way she talked to us had attitude.

Absolutely love boba smoothie I literally have to have one everyday it’s my usual . Really nice and friendly owners have been there a very long time can’t get enough of this place !!!!!!

It is not a good service , the staff are no nice . I wanted to change my drink becuase it doesn’t taste good. They didn’t want to change for other drink or return my money. I supposed to pay for something that I enjoyed and doesn’t tasted nasty. I wanted to talk to the manager but the manager is no there.
