I had a special event for the Space Industry and I can unequivocally say that Factory Donuts is THE PLACE to buy SPACE DONUTS. I had a very specific idea in mind and Chou worked with me to get the Space Donuts just right. Factory Donuts are not just tasty, they look amazing too!

Nothing really hits the spot quite like a donut when you’re in the mood for deep fried batter and a glaze. I couldn’t have been happier going somewhere else for one of my favorite varieties. I personally really enjoy an old fashioned donut . Weither it’s glazed, powdered, sugared, or plain, the dense dough is delectable.
I would also like to note that the customer service was amazing, the parking availability is superb, and the local area has a great walk score.
Don’t sell yourself short when youve got cake on the brain, go to Factory Donut today!

Good donuts, lots of options. I give three stars because it’s odd to not allow my family to sit inside the store. If so take out the chairs and make it clear to customers there are no dining options. I was caught off guard when told “The owner doesn’t allow eating inside store”. I wasn’t provided reason. With two young kids excited to try donuts it definitely wasn’t the experience they were looking for. Instead we ate in our car.

I really wanted to like this place, but the person behind the counter seemed too preoccupied with her phone despite my being the only one in the shop. So I just waited when she approached I had a couple questions about the donuts; she didn’t really seem interested in telling me anything other than “is that what you want?” I chose just one donut, and she kept trying to upsell me. I kept my cool but was really puzzled why the pushy behavior given I was the only one at the store. Anyway, the donut was fine, but I’d rather go anyplace else for adequate service.

I go here atleast once a month and buy all their donuts before they close and bring it to work. Good quality donuts and super friendly staff! The owner is the best! Shout out to Chou!

People complaining about the owner being “rude” to kids. Did you ever consider it’s your ill-mannered whiny entitled off spring with the problem? Consider it a favor – she’s trying to teach them how to be a polite person so they can grow up and work at McDonald’s.

Factory Donuts is my go-to in Kirkland! I often do trainings and I’ll always come here for the donuts!
Parking is super easy, as this shop is located at the end of a small strip mall.
The interior is unassuming and pretty small but I’m not sure how many people plan to stay and dine their after buying something?
I had a great experience with the woman a lot of people seem to complain about. Was she pretty quick between selections, by saying, “next”…? Yea sure, but I’m not sensitive and that didn’t bother me. Most recently I needed 4 dozen donuts and including fritters I ended up with 5 boxes. As I attempted to carry them all and get through the door she exclaimed “oh let me help you!” and proceeded to help me to my car!
I’m not much of a donut expert, and out of the multiple different kids of donuts I bought most recently I only tried the buttermilk bar. WOW! delicious! Super soft on the inside and a bit more firm and crunchy on the outside with the most exceptional flavor.
At all of my trainings most everyone asks where the donuts are from and exclaim, “these are SO good!”. The fritters, all 3 flavors, seem to be an exceptionally big hit.
