Never have they made my iced coffee taste great 1 pump of cream 7 caramel. In Dunning IL I ask for the same order and taste great…but I live in Chi…miss their previous workers like Priscilla she made my coffee to perfection.

Got served some burnt coffee they gave my wife an attitude like what you doing that’s so important the crew here some days are great but today the girl at the register gave an attitude and gave us the burnt coffee not professional.

Horrible place they offer a service that is never available because the employees don’t know how to read a receipt I get when it’s. Busy but if you have 4 ppl working having full blown convos between them and no customers??? What is the problem. And when I tell you it’s everytime. It’s EVERYTIME

I have never ran into a DD that did not have wifi. Busy place but cheap management. Def recommend going to Starbucks a mile down on 55th and kedzie.
