I came to this location because it’s the closest to my house. I wasn’t feeling good at all but the crew made me feel welcomed and in a better place. I appreciate their kindness and happy attitudes! There needs to be more places like this!

Busy little spot for breakfast. We were served by Saunya – she was great. Saunya was welcoming, polite, very efficient and clearly knew her job well. She is an asset to your team. Our order was correct and delicious. First time eating at Dunkin’ and I shall return.

Here You never know how you can pay, card or cash . One day they accept cash payment, second day no change, and again can be paid by cash, and than only with card..depands who work in shift.They recommend go to cashier and get cents and than they maybe can charge you coffe, depands of mood.

Note to everyone: all our coffee shops on the Strip cost more than standalone stores. Anyway, I am in a hurry this evening (local going to work) but quick grabbed this photo to show how ‘full’ my iced matcha latte is without having taken any sips yet. This seems to be a common problem at coffee shops lately (or too much ice). Plus you can’t collect your DD points here & we barely have any DDs in Vegas as it is. Donut was fresh though.

They have the Worst Manager(the black lady) ever. I will not be booking my corporate team in virgin hotel anymore.:) yep its not the managers lost anyway. 🙂 and esp. not buying on dunkin anymore. She just told me to dispute the transaction instead of making a solution. Yep lazy it is.

Bad Service, Double Price in the Hotel, not enough staff, wrong delivery! Be also aware of the Wohle Hotel!

I don’t want to bash them, no large cups M, XL only. 4.00 for regular coffee, no flavored creamer. 3 doughnuts that seem to be day old, not soft. 12.00 so i am a little disappointed.

Virgin Hotel , the former hard rock, is a gorgeous venue!
The Dunkin’ Donuts is located down the hall when coming from paradise parking, in front of casa calavera.
The service of both employees was outstanding!
The young man on the register was very polite and attentive. His coworker, a lady working on the food, was awesome! She made a tremendous vanilla chai and walked all the items ( a strawberry glazed donuts with sprinkles, ham and cheese roll ups, and an iced vanilla chai) directly to me, so sweet!
Highly recommend!!!!
