Dunkin’ Reviews

Where do I start…. I live down the street from this Dunkin location and I have given them so many chances not to mess up my coffee but time and time again I am disappointed. Take a look at this cold brew I ordered. It’s filled with ice and no coffee. I am so disappointed because I literally just paid for ice with a splash of coffee…… anywho if your ordering the cold brew make sure you mention light ice or you will get this…

I went about four times to get half a dozen order of donuts, 1) I wasn’t even greeted, just ‘what do you want’ 2) the girl said they didn’t have any donuts. What kind of donut shop doesn’t have any donuts, especially one that’s open 24/7! I had to drive all the way to the Yarbrough location where they actually had donuts and better customer service. Definitely won’t be returning.

Arrived early. Place was clean and a fresh morning welcome.
Selection was great and tasted superb.
All went well, we will be back, thanks.

As others have said for a 24hr nationally recognized donut store this location is consistently SOLD OUT of donuts after noon. They are 100% out of all donuts, not just a certain flavor and only have muffins. 1:20pm on a Saturday afternoon. I’ve ran across this issue multiple times .

For 2 days now they take their phone off the line so they don’t have to answer customers calls.
We spoke to the general manager who made a deal with us then denied ever saying anything the next day and charged us full price for the boxes of coffee we order the day before. The girls working where extremely rude shorted us on everything stirs, creamers, sugars, straws and made my wife and I late to our baby shower, gave us the worst possible experience and customer service on Sunday 08/21.

The customer service here is horrific. I understand that it’s a superbly busy location with the hospital and high school near by, however, plan accordingly. I prefer Dunkin’ to any other coffee chain but I’ll go elsewhere before this location.

Ordered two drinks, and had to wait in the curbside parking, because the drive-thru was getting full. Waited about a minute and my drinks were brought out. Quick service, happy workers, made the experience really good. Drinksn were just the way we ordered them.

Worst customer experience I have ever had. When closing time was approaching the employee was so rude when asking us to leave, her exact words were “ we are closing soooo …” basically telling us to get out. I believe they should be trained better in customer service experience. This is coming from someone who use to work at a restaurant setting as well.

Never have donuts after 8pm. Wth, it’s a donut place?!! Why did they stop making them there! And if they arr being shipped, why don’t they get enough to cover their “open” hours. I’ve been there many times after work (8pm) & hear the same line ” we are out of donuts” which is extremely odd. How could they be completely out of all of them. Not at all happy with the favorite donuts place that I grew up with. Why are you even open if you don’t have donuts?

7/18 around 10:50 PM – door dashing the female at the drive thru window was rude both times we had to go through the drive through, before we even had a chance to speak. “Tell the customer to cancel the order, we don’t have donuts.” So I msg the customer in a friendly fashion, letting her know that your store, is out of donuts. That they request she “cancel” her order. The customer replies she is unable to cancel without getting her money back. So we go back through the drive through to ask them to cancel, and the girl in the window goes off rapidly speaking, not letting me let her know what’s happening. She was very rude and unprofessional, as though she had been inconvenienced by even having to speak with us. Meanwhile, one employee is outside talking to someone he brought food/drinks to, and another one is sitting in the lobby eating. So you can’t be cranky because you’re “busy”. It’s not anyones fault people order food at your 24 hour facility, I am sorry doing your job makes you mad. But learn some customer service skills, because you never know who you’re making a poor impression on. Don’t worry though, we took care of your customer professionally, and politely – when letting them know you didn’t have the product you offer via door dash app. So, they are taken care of. No thanks to you. Would not recommend this place.
