Doors open at 6am but the drive thru is 24 hours. Limited choice. A couple items they were out of. Coffee was weak. Doughnuts are only made fresh at the northeast location, then shipped around frozen to other Dunkin locations in town. Cold brew coffee was ok. Couldn’t tell the difference between the coffee flavors hazelnut and butter pecan. They were both too similar. The staff was nice.

Cofee is going down hill. Was very specific on what I wanted and didnt get it. And they never seem to have donuts. Isnt that what u are SUPPOSE to have? What do I know,i dont own a dunkin donuts and not have donuts or make a simple coffee.

9p.m. & only 3 types of donuts. Reciept says Destiny but whoever was at drive through was extremely rude. I must have really upset her that I tried to add a drink at the window. I know it’s annoying my bad & apologized. I even waited as she hugged her friend across the counter. As she talked bent over bootie in the air she seemed real upset, as I said excuse me can I add a ice coffee. She came to the window with something in her eye cause that eye roll was intense. A differ girl came and gave me what seemed to be some watered down see through mess that TBH didn’t trust to drink. We were the only vehicle there so I didn’t think it would be that big of a deal.Do better Dunkin girl at the window don’t like your job get another.

Only complaint is parking lot is super small in front of Dunkin. Additional parking is available next to the gas station. Expect high traffic in the early morning hrs when people are going to work/school.
Customer Service was ok. I stopped by on A Saturday after 5, not a huge selection on donuts & pastries

Donuts were absolutely terrible! I could gotten better and more fresh donuts at the convenient store. Rotten stale and not tasty at all. Taste like week old

The service was slow but they did have a great attitude to answer every little question they received from their customers it didn’t matter how dumb the question was.
The food was good, the drinks were perfect.

The worst dunkin in El Paso. Yarbroughand Gateway East. Employee was being a horrible person, and when we ask for corporate number he said he was not allowed to give us a corporate number. What business or good business does not give corporate number, unless the employee did something very wrong.
