I went in there not feeling well, terrible headache and high anxiety, but the manager Patricia made my visit easy. She was more than helpful; they were extremely accommodating and took care of me to the fullest. Well-above anything I could have ever expected. And those are not just words, I mean them sincerely. Above and beyond….absolutely!! I am extremely thankful.

They are 4 workers in this donut shop. Just 1 of them taking orders and moving so slowly that we were late waiting in line. Million people are waiting in line with little kids and babies but she is taking her time. She is walking like she is at the park and chilling. Awful service with taking orders. But donuts are really good .I hope for better service.

I love Dunkin! My preferred popular coffee shop. This location was a delight to go to. The store was clean, big and the staff is very sweet and friendly. I dealt with Chris who was very polite and quick to make my order. Also, they have a wonderful selection of goodies like lip balms, beanies, pool floats, cups, etc… I had to buy a beanie it was just too cute.

Terrible customer service, the young ladies don’t greet you when they take your order and when you finally receive it they place it on the counter and never look you in the eye or thank you for your business or communicate with you at all. Better to drive to the Centinnenal location.

As an out of towner (go figure) who normally drinks Dunkin at home this location was a life saver. While a bit young and a little gruff initially the young lady behind the counter immediately brightened up with a single kind word. We’ve gone to that Dunkin’ consistently for years as the JW Marriott only has Starbucks BOOOOOOOOOOOO! Worst coffee ever. (Well maybe not the worst but certainly not all it’s cracked up to be!). I was very happy to see that it was still open when we visited for the first time since the Rhona!

Don’t trust the store hours listed on Google. Half the time they close early on Sundays (12pm) due to staffing issues.

Remodel of place is just ok. Not enough tables and not placed well. Afternoon hardly any donuts to choose from. Busy area too. Service is ok. The donuts are really taste though.
