Horrible experience, poor atmosphere and they don’t care if the give bad quality food. Ordered on the app came about 20 mins later and the lady didn’t even have my drink made. She quickly made it and it tasted so sweet so obviously rushed. I’m sticking to my local Dunkin’, I was told that area was bad but now I know to stay away!

I have a very busy day ahead of me but I had to stop and write a review. This may have been the best customer experience than I have had since Covid started. There were at least three employees that were so kind to me in the drive-through line, and they went out of their way to make sure that I got what I wanted. I have never experienced better customer service at a Dunkin before. The management team should be very proud of the employees at this location!

Management at this location really needs to consider advertising food shortage. The wait in the mornings is between 30-40 minutes just to place an order, only to be told that they are out of almost every donut flavor and the muffins they have pictures of everywhere. It’s not the employees fault, but they end up being the ones to have to deliver the news to hungry and I caffeinated people that waited that long. Not a recipe for a positive experience for workers or customers.

The sourdough sandwich is honestly a 1/10 the only thing keeping this item on the menu is the bacon because it’s the only thing on the sandwich with seasoning in it. Also you’re given 2 little slices of bacon normally but you’ll get 4 little slices of bacon for $1.00 more if you ask for extra. The crust was hard I had to peel it off. The cheese taste like string cheese that’s been melted down and stripped of all flavor. The eggs have absolutely no flavor whatsoever. The only thing I like from here is the sausage cheese x egg croissant. It’s buttery, cheesy and actually has seasoning. I’m just trying to help my people who like flavor and not blandness.

If I could give this experience 0 I would; first off as a customer and your job as a customer service professions is to demonstrate the best customer experience for your customers and employee. The manager there is horrible after a long day of work, I come to the drive thru just to get a couple donuts and asked for a particular one which was not served there. So I ask well what kind do you have. Well you can come inside if you want to know. Excuse me it’s your job to let me know that’s what the drive thru is for. If you can’t handle your job then do yourself a favor and the company and quit.

Lately in the morning hours , they only want to accept cash and mobile orders and the morning manager has a really nasty attitude toward his customers. I have witnessed him be extremely rude to several customers yelling at them and being condescending toward them over the drive thru speaker. I see another location is opening up further up south tryon so I will take my business down there when they open hopefully he won’t be transferred there. All of the other employees are so pleasant. Im sure upper management will start to recognize the decline in profits and start looking into why.

Waited patiently in drive thru line for 17 minutes to be told they were not making any of BaskinRobbins frozen drinks. Not because they ran out ingredients, but because the amount of time it takes to make a Blast. This is not the 1st time this has happened at this location but it is definitely the last time I ever stop there.

I’ve heard another complaint about this Dunkin but I continued to go since I never had a bad experience. After sitting in line for nearly 30mins. I find out, at the window, their card machine is down. No sign, no one coming out with signs to notify waiting customers, the person at the speaker didn’t even say anything! I finally reach the window, no one is apologetic, just a “no cash oh well” sort of sassy attitude from the man and woman at the window. I understand things happen and I know working fast food sux. But put your heads together for decent customer service AT LEAST. There’s too many places to buy coffee who can swiftly pivot and still be polite. Most people will understand, it happens.

I have coming to this dunkin for a min now. I get the same thing all the time. This am when I got there there was a big line. But it moved quickly. I keep coming back cuz customer service here is great. They seem to be short staffed but they keep the line moving quickly.

I live near this location so I come her often. The customer service is always awful. Workers are extremely rude and unprofessional. I read a review below where there same situation happened to me. I asked what donuts were available since they ran out of what I wanted and the lady said “you can come in and see for yourself.” Ma’am that is your job to tell me what’s available.
I went by today at 7:45pm to get 2 bottles of soda and when I pulled up they said “we are closed” even though they are suppose to close at 8pm. They could have ran me up but were lazy and used the excuse that they were ‘closed’ with absolutely no apology or sympathy. Do yourself a favor and go to another Dunkin.
