Had been staying away from this store because the management was so, so bad. Visited again today & discovered a new manager in place for the last two weeks — one who was *behind the counter* & very aware of the huge problems customers had experienced.
So glad this change has been made! Over the last year, this store has had some lovely staff who were run off. Fingers crossed the future is brighter.

I ordered two iced coffees online at 1:02 PM. I walked out with 1 coffee at 1:43 PM. When I walked in there was a lot of people waiting on their food and drinks, both walk ins and online orders. It was clearly very busy and there were 3 people working. I guess shifts changed because even when there was a lot of people waiting to order and people waiting on their orders, two people clocked out and left. So one person was left to deal with everything, between taking orders, to making food, to making drinks. She was a trooper but the fact she had to do that alone is ridiculous. People left without their orders because it was taking too long. The poor girl was clearly stressed and whoever made the schedule really messed up. It’s hard to run a good business understaffed.

And let me say, Kenynasja and Quay at this DD location not only stood out, but absolutely shone! Took 15 min for one person in front of me. They took the last donut I wanted. I ordered hot chocolate and they tried to give me coffee. The line was out the door with one casher.

This place is on the struggle bus. Every time I go in here they either don’t have products or there’s a huge line of people waiting on orders that are incorrect. If they get it wrong they don’t seem to be trained on how to mark things right with customers. Management needs to get in there and train before everyone decides to boycott. Two stars is generous.

I go here sometimes and the coffee is always good and never ever had any issues. Today I went to pick up my Togo order and they were closed due to an emergency. I was a little frustrated with the inconvenience knowing I couldn’t get my coffee nor a refund at that time and I was low on money (that I wanted to spend on coffee) I sat outside placing another order at a dunkin I go to regularly but it’s further from me at this time and a girl employee came out and was talking with police about the emergency going on. I was just sitting there and eventually both her and the cop are looking at me and ask if I need anything. I say no I’m good thanks. She states “I’m sorry about this mam” I said “it’s okay it’s just my last 5 dollars I have” then she starts to yell at me about my finances. It wasn’t my last 5 but it was the last 5 I had in my Dunkin account and didn’t feel like taking more money out to add money to my account. That’s none of her business anyway even if it was my last 5. She said how old are you? Why are you spending your last 5 on coffee? Just rude man. Basically shamming me. I never yelled at her I just was kind of laughing because she was going off. By the end of it she was screaming at me right in front of the cop. It was just very uncalled for. Just wanted to make someone aware of the situation because my gosh.

Don’t go here if you want all of your food/ drinks or have anywhere to be. I have been 3 times over the past couple of months and have either waited 30+ minutes or left without getting my entire order.

9/10 times I go in they are missing something and blame it on a prep person. I’ve also been where there is a line out the door and employees are making their own food holding up the line. Also, don’t advertise curbside pick up, if you don’t offer it. Completely disorganized. This is definitely a management issue. I understand staff shortages, but your management should be filling in those gaps.

I feel bad for the crew being so short staffed. I placed an online order, got there 10 minutes later, waited another 10 minutes and never got my food. I had to leave the work. Unfortunately I had already paid online.
