Overall pretty decent service. I was the only customer in the store around 12pm with two employees who were friendly but slow. The inside of the store is very clean and has a sanitation rating of 98.

The only reason this didn’t get a 5 star is because I had to ask for my receipt. It should be a no brainer to give a PAYING CUSTOMER A RECEIPT. The sandwich was delicious but pricey.

The service was very confusing. The staff were not very friendly. Every Dunkin store I’ve visited gives a Military Veterans discount. This store did not and was told its because it’s individually owned. Most businesses acknowledge Veterans who serve our country. Nothing here! Not even a “Thank You for Your Service”. Will not be visiting this location again.

I usually go out of my way to go to this location. That might change as I received poor customer service from Benjamin today. I asked if my free coffee was taking off of my order and he repeatedly and rudely stated it’ll do it when I pay. I did not understand because the price reflected showed the charge for my coffee on the order. I need to know how much I’m paying before I swipe my card. This seemed shady. I don’t like being scammed.

Ordered Egg and Cheese Sandwich, but they added meat in it. Only after we got home and my kid about to eat we realized there is meat in it. I am vegetarian and adding meat in the sandwich when its not in the order is totally not acceptable especially when we have dietary restrictions.

Asked if I wanted milk in the specialty coffee I ordered. I said no as it does not come with milk. The so called manager got rude with me so I told him to goggle it and he went off. Also, was yelling at the women in front of me. Should not be in charge of anything! Especially when you don’t know how to correctly make the product you sell.

Good location. Fast accurate service from the staff on duty. Had 2 very good trips here. Last trip was on 9-13-22 at 9:50am.

I always have problems when i order through Uber eats or door dash with this location. Either I’m missing items or they aren’t cooking…why are you not cooking breakfast/brunch items at 11am ?

Terrible service. Too many workers standing around doing nothing while the line piles up. Food is what you expect though.

A customer at this location may assert the speed of service is slow. However, these customers are not taking into consideration the essence of Jimmy John’s speed which has created a predisposition for the customer to expect the same expedience from Dunkin Donuts. So upon this premise, it is apparent this location is not slow, but rather pales in comparison to that of Jimmy Johns. This location is clean and friendly. 5 stars are reserved for a business who has that extra “thing” that other locations don’t have. This “thing” is the fact this location fills the inside of all their donuts to perfection. Many Dunkin Donuts fill them halfway, or even less than halfway, but this location stuffs the seams of the donuts to their breaching point!
