Stopped here for breakfast, and I hate to say it, but this was the most disappointing meal I’ve had in a long while. An order of hash browns consists of only 6 bite sized rounds, 3 of which were burnt. Bacon, egg, and cheese croissant….the croissant was dried out and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The sourdough breakfast sandwich really stole the show, though. Cheese not melted, bread not toasted, and roughly half the sandwich was just bread. The eggs weren’t seasoned at all…..no salt or pepper. Just a bland rubbery disc. I couldn’t even finish it. Makes me wonder if this is how all Dunkin locations are, or if this is just a particularly bad one.
First of all, this was my first time ordering anything but donuts here. And they insured it would be my last. The very young window girl handed me a cup of extremely hot coffee with the lid half way off spilling it on my hand when I reached out to get it, got no apology and had to ask twice for napkins. Then she hands me a bag with 4 hash rounds in it. I politely ask her if that was how the order came, she said nothing to me and began speaking with the other “very young employees standing inside which then all three of them walked around the corner to look at me before she handed me another bag of 4 hash rounds. As I’m still sitting there she opens the window and says “yeah” as if she didn’t know I still had more food coming, missing my sandwich and the donut holes she proceeds to hand me the sandwich out the window without a bag and then hands me the bag to bag my own food which I didn’t necessarily have a problem with but that is their job not mine. Then I finally get the donut holes and they taste as if they were left over and set out all night. I will definitely never ever go back to this establishment and I’ve learned to not order food from a donut shop full of children working.
I placed an order through the app to pick up as I had a larger order (two dozen doughnuts and 10 breakfast sandwiches) for a work meeting. I assumed placing a larger order ahead of time was the right move instead of surprising the staff with a larger order as a walk in. Well apparently not- when I arrived there was no friendly greeting, I was simply told very rudely that if I was going to place a large order not to do it online anymore. When I asked why the lady at the counter just waved in the direction of the staff and said “You know..” No, I don’t know. I also didn’t know warming up breakfast sandwiches and putting two dozen doughnuts in a box was too much with a 45 minute notice. Very rude and very frustrating.
Very disappointing experience. Drink tasted terrible, possibly rancid, and donuts were placed in bag poorly with icing on bottom and a total mess. Obviously, the employees are not doing a good job. At one time, this was a good restaurant. Not at present however.
My iced coffee- syrup wasn’t mixed in, they were out of Boston cream donuts & then refused to add on to my order when I went to pay. I rarely leave a negative review as I’ve worked in the food industry & know how difficult it can be. But, the staff acted put out over a simple request.
Life long New England Dunkin Girl & NEVER in my life have I ever been told that you couldn’t add onto your order if you forgot an item or simply wanted something else.
It was a 5pc munchkin order, not a sandwich or something that would held up the drive thru. Comon’ Kentucky Ave Dunkin you can do better!
It’s Saturday and I have been sitting online for about 20 minutes with little movement. Once your in line you can’t get out. I understand being short staffed. But this is ridiculous. I have been going to Dunkin for years this was by far the worst experience. There were actually four people working there when I got to the window!
I can’t remember the last time I’ve received anything right or my complete order without something missing. When Jen Durbin ran the surrounding Dunkin’s everything and everywhere was right. Now it’s awful coffee and even worse customer service. This location honestly just needs shut down or a whole new crew of employees re- trained. I worked for Dunkin for 4 years and I know this location is not how Dunkin would want to be reflected as a company but this location just can’t ever get it right.. So sad to see a once great store be terrible for a long time now. I was told today by the 4 month General Manager my drink and other things were wrong due to a Uber eats driver but my iced coffee was black with zero cream.. was definitely not the drivers fault. Please do better or shut down. Thankfully Uber Eats took care of us immediately unlike Camby Dunkin and made it right.
In the past 6 years I have boy-cotted this place twice now. Currently I haven’t been since April 2022 because they can’t get my order right. I know I have a special order, however, I order the same thing every time and the one in plainfield, and a random dunkin in Muncie can get my order right every time. It’s just this location. The manager herself made my drink and it was still wrong. Idk what is going on, but I’m very disappointed by the service here.
I love and Dunkin and I have been a loyal customer. But the Camby Indiana Dunkin, is the worst, but I have to go there because the other Dunkin is too far. But I dont know the name of the lady that takes my order at the speaker, she is not the same person, that gives me my drink, but she is unbelievably rude. I am considering calling Corporate over her, once I get her name. She is not kind what so ever and actually makes me feel uncomfortable when I am ordering. I never write reviews or complain about someone, but she is so consistent with her rudeness, that I wanted to speak out. I will probably stop going there, and just go to Starbucks, who is way nicer. What is wrong with customer service nowadays. No respect and just so rude and blunt. She hides behind the speaker, and just acts like she hates her job, and hates people. Get a job a grave digger, it may suit you better. So once I find out the witch’s name at Dunkin I will report her to corporate.
Tried to order from a delivery app because I don’t have my car today but their selection is very limited. You can’t order some of their menu items, the items I was hoping to get. So, I selected another restaurant for breakfast.
