I wouldn’t even recommend this to my enemy… ordered 10 count of munchies and there was only 8 in it with a hair…. Then once we told this has hair and less amount than it should be, we have given look.. don’t even bother and order yourself sourdough breakfast sandwich, it really looks like it made out of Play Doh. Please see the picture of reference. Extremely poor quality of food and service. McDonald’s breakfast might be better.

I’ve had some good experiences here in the past, but recently the quality has been exceptionally poor. Today, they were out of most varieties of donut so I got some croissants. They were fresh…about a month ago. We took one bite and threw the rest away. Even our dog wouldn’t eat a bit. The donuts that were there weren’t much better. Hopefully they’ll clean up their act but for now I’d stay away from this franchise.

The coffee is good. The men’s room looks like it has not been cleaned in years. There’s a layer of filth on the floor, sink, toilet & walls. The trash can was overflowing. It was 5:45 am. It’s a new definition of GROSS!

Consistent with other recent reviews, this Dunkin location is horrible. The service was awful even for a chain— College kid at front counter could not say hello and had to ask me 2x what my order was because his buddy was complaining to him about something. The floor of the entire place was sticky. Got my first pumpkin drink of the year and it was absolutely disgusting- basically $4 for sugar water. Sandwich was ok but I could have gone without. For such a large location in a central area you’d think they’d care a bit more about at least one of these problem areas.

Big disappointment, took my grandkids there for the first time the coffee was was good the donuts was good everything else we got was not so good. We had avocado toast we had grilled cheese and a breakfast sandwich and it was all not prepared right I think it might have been a new person doesn’t make sense why all that other food was not prepared correctly

This is the worst Dunkin’. My usual Dunkin’ is closed so I went there for a brown sugar cold brew and yuck! First I ordered a medium brown sugar cold brew. I’m waiting for it and the girl puts out a regular cold brew, doesn’t say anything, so I’m assuming it’s not mine. Then three people who ordered after me get their drinks so I ask about my drink. After realizing they made the wrong drink, she makes it, hands me it and it had too much ice and the brown sugar foam on top just sat there like it was icing on a cake.

I got a new one with less ice and it was terrible. I’ve gotten this drink at multiple locations and it never looked or tasted like this. I heard another guy say “that cold brew didn’t steep for 12 hours” I’m assuming that’s why it tasted like this. Once again the foam on top just sat there, I stirred it and nothing happened. It literally looked like thick cake icing.

I ended up just getting an iced coffee, which was just as disgusting. Not sure what’s going on at this Dunkin’, but I would avoid it at all cost. Another customer even came back in for their drink to be fixed because it didn’t taste right. Ended up driving to another Dunkin’ to get it made right smh

Gosh, I love a good sweet – this location is friendly, fast and usually has the products you are looking for when you think of Dunkin Donuts. I often get disappointed by the lack of colorful offerings in some locations through-out Pittsburgh but this one is really always slamming with the Sprinkle Donuts!

I only eat a donut once a month, so thank you very much for the sweet treat. Oh, location is *relatively* LGBTQIA friendly but hard to confirm, would be glad to see some one else post a review and confirm for me…

This place and their customer service SUCKS! I work in Squirrel Hill & I stop almost every morning and by far have to deal with NASTY ATTITUDES EVERYDAY! The store manager has the worst attitude and most unorganized set up it’s ridiculous. I will not be back after today! I will take my money and POSITIVE attitude to Brownsville Rd.

Fire each of the idiots you have hired recently. They cursed while customers were visible, no respect for customers very poor customer service. They need a manager that has experience. All young and dumb but these jobs are customer service driven. It’s common sense.
