Dunkin’ Reviews

I’ve been here several times and ordered both in person and via the mobile ap. It doesn’t matter how you order, it takes an incredibly long time just to get a coffee — nothing fancy. They should consider their workflow to see how they can improve or hire more staff. Also, they have a board that lists when drinks are ready. Apparently they aren’t in charge of this board and it means nothing really.

So today I ordered 2pc chive& onion bagel minis and a large Matcha Green Tea Latte with oatmilk and less ice. However when I receive my order from Uber Eats the drinks was wrong, they made me a matcha green tea slushy I was so disappointed because it is so hot today. I called Dunkin’ spoke with the Manger and she was very accommodating she was willing to bring me my latte since I was two blocks away around 12:15pm however 12:15 pm come and went no latte‼️

America truly does run on Dunkin. Starbucks takes themselves too serious and serves a stronger, more bitter coffee. Dunkin serves the sweet filled coffee america needs. The doughnuts are secondary at this point. It’s time to make the coffee. You might get more specific to your taste at a mom and pop shop, but this is the best chain. They also do a good job appealing to people who don’t normally drink coffee. Also, their app is very good.

Doing it Hard

Always one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts on the planet. The pick up counter was an absolute disaster just now. The male employee working didn’t even understand how to package the to go orders. Very sad!

One of the cleaner and less crowded Dunkin’.

Update: Recent visit showed the store has gotten much dirtier. Please prioritize cleaning and wiping down tables. This location doesn’t seem super busy compared to other Dunkin’ locations. I think they have a lot of mobile orders because there isn’t usually a line of any sort.

This place I only gave a 4 to because the staff was not friendly at all. The donuts were good and fresh.

HAZARDOUS to customers and employees. Had to be at least 90 degrees in the cafe. I ordered 3 dozen of donuts and some coffee for catering and LOOK AT MY BOXES. could barely stand to be in there while the sweaty staff finished up my order. So hot that the glaze and frosting melted off my donuts. One older customer had to leave because she was lightheaded and felt faint during my short visit. Felt the same way carrying out my boxed coffee. I feel bad for the workers there. The coworkers at my event complained about the shriveled up donuts!!!!!

Always a positive experience when I go. I’m there at least twice a week and it moves pretty well. Staff is friendly and attentive. Sundays they seem to only have two employees so it takes a bit longer. It’s worth the wait. Be patient with your food workers!

Drink was spectacular, but the bagel had less than a tablespoon on both sides.

Employees are amazing But if you go there during rush hour or if they are busy, your wait will be 15min+ they are slow
