Dunkin’ Reviews

I’m not someone that likes to give bad reviews but I have to say my experience here today was disappointing. I went through the drive-thru to get something quick to eat because I’m breastfeeding and needed a quick snack so I ordered an avocado toast and a few more items from the menu. To my surprise when I get home my toast was completely burn and I realized I never got the hot chocolate I ordered. What bothers me is that the toast is something that’s prepared in the moment which means they saw the bread was burned and still used it and served it to me… I’ve worked in both restaurants and customer service before and this is just unacceptable! We buy food based on what we like or crave in the moment and to go home and get this is upsetting!

I came to this dukin donuts like every other day. I have an accent and I know. I ask for my order and the lady was very unprofessional from the beginning. She started laughing and I asked her Is there a problem. She then said I do not have to serve you go somewhere else and had her window closed when I pulled up. I called the store and it was her who answered. She proceeded to say that she was the manager. My daughter explained very polite about the situation and she was very rude and disrespectful saying that she doesn’t know if I had a bad day but your mother needs to fix her self and saying that she wasn’t laughing at us and she told my 14 year old daughter this and she was there while she was saying all of the cruel things. After that she could have explained to us how she was not laughing at us but just gave us poor customer service. We called the higher up and they told us that there wasn’t a manager assigned there yet so she lied to us and gave us misinformation telling us she was the manager. Very dissatisfied don’t waste your money there.

The energy of the drive through lady who took my order was immaculate. Greeted me with a few very happy good mornings and coffee is great as always.

Good sandwiches however when it comes to the potatoes it’s like they are being stingy and counting each one going in. Potatoes are not worth the cost of that is how it is.

Horrible Dunkin , you could be playing with your life with this place. Coffee tasted like cleaning solution

Honestly this is the only DD I come to, my order is always right & the people have been so nice, this is my 4th time visiting I won’t even waste my time going anywhere else. The other Tampa locations are rude and have you waiting so long on the DT line. Thanks team 🙂

Horrible experience .They don’t want to sell anything after 8:00 pm because they have to do the dishes

I love Dunkin’ ever since I was a kid. I usually go to the one on Sheldon or the one in Armenia near Thornton’s. Me and my boyfriend went to this location as we were nearby and wanted a quick breakfast. I had ordered on the passenger side as my boyfriend has a hard time sometimes with pronunciations as English isn’t his first language and people have given him a hard time before through the Drive-Thru speaker. I was very clear and as I was ordering they were rude and kept changing the person who was taking my order. I understand that it can be difficult to hear if I’m on the passenger side but I was being loud and nice and even apologized if it I was making it hard for them. They laughed and proceeded to be rude. I had ordered a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese, muffin bread bacon egg and cheese and a small cold brew. We proceeded to pay as they hadn’t even greeted us. And rushed to give us everything. There wasn’t a line in the Drive-Thru either. We wished them a good day and left. Once we were going to eat the first thing we notice is the burnt smell. We open it and both sandwiches were burnt!!! What kind of service is that?! I understand customer service as I’ve been in the field before but I always try to be nice to everyone especially if they are as well! I will be attaching the photos below. Don’t ever come here. Heartless selfish people work here. Who aren’t compassionate at all. I get you have to get going and do your job but the least you could do is be nice about it and make sure the food is edible. Will be expecting a full refund. Heed my warning people don’t come here.

It really is true. This drive thru is the slowest drive thru in the country. Not just the slowest Dunkin drive thru, the slowest drive thru compared to any other drive thru at any other business…in the country.

It’s the reason why there is a drive thru BYPASS lane. It’s designed specifically to let you out so as to maintain your sanity.

The people are generally nice, but you can always bet on 25 minutes in line, even when there are only 6 or 7 cars in the queue.

You can go across the street through a full stop light, get coffee and whatever else, be on your way and not see any advance in the line at Dunkin on the other side.

I don’t get it.
