The busiest DD you’ll find in the area. They are overworked and understaffed, but still – are polite and easy to work with. I usually buy 6-12 boxes of donuts a day, and this location is a pleasure working with. They don’t give you attitude (I had places get mad at me because I bought all their donuts.. isn’t that what their business is? Selling donuts?). I think the problem with this location is how busy it gets, and how fast the people work there. Even if the line is long, you’ll be out in 2-5 minutes. So yeah maybe they don’t care about your life story, and don’t care when Karens say they’ll call corporate. It’s not because they are bad, is because they truly know that they are doing good. I’ve had times they got my order wrong, got amounts wrong, but at the end of the day, I know that they do A LOT better than other locations (had a place give me a iced coffee without.. ice..). Treat them with respect, and respect you’ll get!

I can never get the employees to make a sandwich. I come here all the time and all the employees do is hang out with their friends
Today there ovens were on but they said they can’t make food after 6pm. But this is what they were all doing. But not one would make a sandwich.

I always go to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Huron street and love them. This place was freaking awful. The ladies were rude, my frozen coffee was only 2/3 full and most of that was foam. When I said something the lady said that is how they always are. Um, no that is not true. She takes it and fills it up more and shoves it back at me and says “Is it full enough for you now?” I also state that they should be worried about the corporate office because of not following cleanliness guidelines or food safety practices and the manager proceeds to above his phone in my face and say “I am on the phone with corporate right now, would I like to speak to them?” No, I just don’t like how I was treated, that the drive-through was broken with no sign, that it’s filthy, that cheeses and spreads are crusty and not too temp. That no one is being kind or considerate, not even when I asked what bagels they had because they had no menu about foods inside because one screen was broken because it was blue. I drove back to North Glenn and my usual place got me a decent coffee. Thank God for them. Worth the 40-minute drive and wait in my opinion. Ugh. A quick picture I was able to snap before the manager said, “Is there anything else you need, because if not you can go.” included.

We had a great experience, my son and I came in at around 5:30 AM and there was no lines, the donuts were fresh and the cashier was patient when we had trouble deciding what to get. They have vegetarian options which is a plus and a whole variety of drinks. Just like when I was a kid

Have always been going to this same location for years because great customer service…an employee recently by the name of Saul n it’s manager have always remember my same order. Welcome me into location n thanked me for my business. Outstanding customer service. Always with a smile no matter how early or late it is. I recommend family n friends to this location. Wow service Saul!

I’ve been here multiple times (due to the convenience of the drive thru) and have had a 1-2 star experiences each visit. On a few occasions, they haven’t even had donuts… and their coffee is mediocre at best (I’ve received a hot latte that was cold before…not iced, just some how they made a hot latte cold?). On top of the food and drinks being pretty disappointing, the service is pretty slow and some employees are quite rude and should not be in customer service.

Just went to this Dunkin’ for some iced coffee. Brought my own reusable container. However, the guy taking the order refused to use it. He said the only way was to make my coffee in one of their plastic cups and pour it into mine. That defeats the whole purpose of not wasting a cup! I said I didn’t want any discounts, just to save from wasting plastic. And I asked him to confirm his claim with the other staff, but he refused. He just kept saying “I don’t think we can do that.” Seems like either very poor training or a terrible corporate policy. Needless to say, I didn’t make a purchase and won’t be going back until this is addressed.

This Dunkin gets 5 stars from me! I ordered muffins through DoorDash. One coffee and 3 blueberry. They didn’t have them or were still being made so they sent 6 blueberry donuts and a cinnamon coffee roll. That was awesome!! Thanks so much Dunkin. Great staff here.

FIRST OFF! Super rude female cashier!!!

She talked completely monotone and uninterested in us when we busted asked for a few drinks. Later we decided we wanted to order some food and we went up and paid but it took over 30 minutes for a simple grilled cheese! They completely forgot about the only costumers in the restaurant.
The other cashier spencer though was a peach and gave us a free doughnut and apologized for the female.

I went through the drive thru and ordered the stuffed chive and onion bagel minis. As I was driving away I bit into one and it was almost frozen. I turned around and went through the drive thru again and explained the situation. When I got to the window the guy said “give me those” with no apology or anything. Then a minute later he handed them back to me and didn’t say anything and closed the window. It was really gross because he reheated them (which is fine) but the issue is he even reheated the one I took a bite out of and gave it back to me I have a newborn at home and didn’t feel like making a big deal out of it because I’d rather get back home to my family. Even after he reheated them one of them still had a cold spot so I just didn’t eat them. That’s just gross and the kid had no respect, couldn’t even say sorry and I was so nice about everything. I keep going here giving them chance after chance because it’s the only one near me. Blah
