Hello! I was examining the accessibility of this specific Dunkin location. Getting into the building would be a little tough if you are unable to use the stairs. There is a long path through a little bit of construction work on the other side with ramps, but it is a significantly longer path. There are 3 doors, one a set of wide double doors. However, none of them have automatic opening buttons from what I could tell. One inside the space is fairly open with lots of seating options. Many of them would be somewhat low or too high for someone using a wheelchair, and most of the furniture can’t really be rearranged. The ordering counter is accessible to all, and there is the option of ordering on a screen if somewhat is unable to verbally communicate or cannot see the main menu. This menu presents an opportunity for options to be added that could help different disabilities, such as adjusted lighting or read aloud features. The screens are pretty tall though, and some may not be able to reach all the options. The main menu is above the ordering counter with a pretty decent font size, which is not to say everyone could read it. The pick-up counter is a good height as well. There is a small patio outside, but the tables are not accessible to wheelchair users since the seats are attached. The restaurant was pretty quiet and would likely not be a huge sensory overload.
Male employee was extremely rude to customers when calling out order numbers. They were clearly understaffed so many of us were more than happy to wait and were understanding. However, this employee started screaming at people when they didn’t pick up their order the moment it was called out. He made it a very uncomfortable place and we all wanted to get out of there asap at that point.
recently visited this location and previously in the past, in the past I didn’t get a good vibe from the old GM alli…. It is a incredible turnaround with the new GM Meade. Everyone has a great attitude and my service was exceptional! Will be returning!
This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. When we walked in the energy was horrible. I had to explain to the man taking my order what a half caf coffee was. It took forever to get our coffees and 2 out of the 3 were nasty. My granddaughter had to ask for extra flavoring and cream and when she got it back she didn’t want to drink it. I was afraid I’d overwhelm them if I asked for anything done to mine. To top it off it was national donut day and our donuts were stale. Very disappointing Dunkin!!
As someone who has been going to this location for about a year now, the staff is generally friendly with one manager who sticks out to me. She’s super sweet and tries her hardest to make what she’s doing fun and enjoyable for both staff and customers.
As an avid user of their app, I often do Mobil orders. When this location was 24 hours, I placed a Mobil order but there might shift worker called off. This manger saw I placed my order so she left the doors open for me a little longer. Though I didn’t feel any inconvenience, she offered me some extra donuts for the short notice! Very sweet lady.
Update: This location is still offers great, speedy service with delicious products!
Worst Dunkin in Cbus. “Hot” Coffee is always cold. Orders are never right.
Bagel wasn’t toasted. Was just eating egg and cold cheese on a cold bagel. Same with the croissant sandwich. Does not spark joy. The half dozen donuts were not the ones we picked. Pretty poor place to order Uber Eats from. All four of us that were waiting for this order were disappointed and probably won’t waste 40 bucks again on giving another chance.
This is literally the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. They have absolutely abysmal customer service skills and they almost always mess up my drink. Everyone is so unfriendly and it’s always a terrible experience.
I ordered the salted Carmel or should I say that I had a taste for the salted Carmel iced. They ran out the salted Carmel. The gentleman made me a mocha & Carmel frap & I just love Avocado toast this time I added the bacon with the tomatoes
My wife goes to this Dunkin RELIGIOUSLY everyday !!! She is a timid person so when they mess up her order she just tries to drink it vs asking for a new one!!! But then today she has worked towards getting a free drink and wanted to use it !!! They then decided that because she gets extra caramel she must pay the $0.20 up charge ….but why ? She orders the SAME coffee everyday paying the extra $0.20 EVERYDAY …so when she earned a FREE drink it should be the one she pays for everyday not FREE but then the caramel you pay for …. SINCE THE MANAGEMENT CHANGE THIS LOCATION HAS GONE DOWN HILL ….would recommend if you want your coffee right to go to the one in Morse RD!!!!
