My daughter and I stopped here on the way back to Georgetown from a visit with specialist. The cashier didn’t know what she was ringing up, or wasn’t trained. She said she’d transferred 3 weeks ago. No personality. The manager was the cook. Cut our bagels, toasted them. That we asked for. The cashier came over and put butter on them. I checked out order and asked if it could be made right. The manager tossed the bagels and started over. When bagels done he slammed creme cheese and lightly threw into bad. We went to car after thanking him for correcting error. When we took out order out it was still incorrect. We ordered everything bagelsnwith creme cheese. We got plain. How do people not understand English! Once again oder redone, finally correct but done wit a bad attitude. We will never stop there again

This location makes me late for work every day 🙂 I tried something different & ordered ahead to pick up inside but when I arrived, the inside was locked. I am now waiting in line for 50 minutes to be late for work, again. Easily the worst location I have encountered.

Really annoyed with this place right now. I should have went to Starbucks. I made a special trip out of my way to go to dunkin because I was craving their Carmel iced coffee and a strawberry frosted donut with sprinkles, which they hardly ever have available. I ordered 2 drinks and when I was asked if I wanted anything else.. I specifically said “only if you happen to have strawberry frosted preferably with sprinkles available”. I waited a full minute while they went to check. It was confirmed they did have it available. I get home. Open the bag. It’s a vanilla donut with no sprinkles and the frosting is so faint it’s barely there. Super disappointed.

Awful, there is literally no one competent watched atleast 4 people’s orders come out wrong besides it taking forever to get them. There was only 7 customers in the store and I waited almost 10 minutes and not one of the 3 of us were acknowledged much less helped. Got tired of waiting and left along with the other 2 people in line. That is my 3rd consecutive bad experience at this location. The other 2 were in the drive through at 6:30 in the morning with either one or two cars in front of me it took over 20 minutes to get a single extra large coffee with cream and sugar. Like in baseball 3 strikes and your out. I will never go to this location again. Honestly they need to clean house bring new folks in and properly train them otherwise this location is doomed.

We waited 35 mins for our food. They put the wrong meat on the sandwich and our coffee came out half full with whip cream filling the rest. Do NOT recommend.

Extremely rude and messes up the whole order.
Ordered w plain bagles w cream cheese. Received 2 toasted plain bagles w nothing. Ok figured easy fix went back inside asked if they could put on the cream cheese, well he then proceeded to put an insane amount of cream cheese on! It was ridiculous, that mixed with his attitude made the action feel malicious. And they didn’t make the coffee correctly either. So wonderful start to the day . For everyone else who wants a truley good start DO NOT GO HERE

Gave it 3 chances, won’t be back for a fourth. This location shouldn’t even have a drive thru because of how tiny the parking lot is and the layout, my coffee has been made wrong, and closing the inside of the store and having drive thru only is a terrible idea, especially considering how busy the road they’re on is.

2 days in a row didn’t get my 2 shots of caramel. Ask for a little cream in my ice coffee it comes back milky.

I typically rate this location as average but today they went above and beyond. They were training and I wanted the new drink made differently.. everybody made sure to get me straight. That earned an extra star.
